No breakfast at the property - you need to go out in the city Too narrow stairs with no lift. I injured my leg while going down Checkout at 10 is auful. I got knocked on and called by cleaning lady even though there were no other guests place literally empty and even though they were not happy we left at 11

Great location. Clean bedroom and super friendly owner.

Bed cover was just one thin sheet and extra blankets were super thin too. The bathroom need attention.

The owner was very friendly and gave us good advice on where to go for dinner and which trips to make. The rooms are very sweet and not too big but also not too small. Good thing to have Aircon👍 The location is very central, only 5 min wall to the main plaza with many shops and restaurants and the ancient church. We definitely would visit again

Only two things to say are that the shower could be a little bit cleaner and you should write in the booking that the booked breakfast is not a buffet. You need to pick it up at a nearby coffee shop about 2 min. walk, and you only get coffee, juice, and a croissant or one other pastrie.

Enough comforts for a enjoyable stay but simple enough to keep costs low, there were facilities for making hot drinks in the room, as well as a mini-fridge. Due to it's small size Massa Alta was in easy walking distance of anywhere in the town but far enough away to be quiet. During the simple check-in process I was given a map of the town with key places marked on it. Carlotta sent key information over prior to check-in including where the private parking was, right in front of the building.

Very helpful and pretty available staff. The property is super clean and in a good location - pretty near the city center but sufficiently far to allow you to park easily and for free. Easy check in, great room size. Great value for money for sure.

We really enjoyed the stay and for the value wouldn't expect anything else. It would be nice to have thicker pillows and it must be said that walls are very thin so you can hear a lot of what goes on in other apartments/floors. But again, for the cost, it is completely acceptable.

I loved the room we stayed in. The staff was very helpful when we needed a table to do smart working. The city is extremely beatiful I would like to go there again and again that's for sure.

Very nice well refurbished , furnished and equipped house

Beds were very nice and we slept very well but matresses could be firmer.. minor problem anyway.
