The area around was not that pretty. lots of building going on. My bed did not have the most comfy mattress that I imagined for the size and price of the room.

The building was beautiful and the room was very large. I stayed on the first floor with the large balcony overlooking the whole entrance. The staff were very kind with my disabled father and arranged a wheelchair for him.

Only suggestion I would make was maybe offering more snack options or even a small lunch menu? That way if you wanted to stay put you don’t have to go into town. Also more foliage on the roof top and sun beds/cover

Stunning location, perfectly situated close to many little beautiful towns. The staff was really accommodating, rooms nicely decorated, and the breakfast exquisite. We were traveling with our 3.5 year old son, he quite enjoyed the pool and some play areas throughout the grounds. Next time in Puglia we would definitely come back.

There is nothing to dislike at all.

It is absolutely beautiful, huge rooms and bathrooms. Lots of spaces to chill out around the property. Every time we went to the pool it was like it was our own private one. There are only 10 rooms.

We spent 6 nights with my husband and my two kids. Since the first day I fell in love with this place. Every space of this hotel has been curated to the detail by the owner. Its sophisticated buy yet still warm and inviting. The entrance, the flowers, the pool, the gim and the outside space are stunning with flowers and century years old Olive trees. The little boutique was just the strawberry of the cake. Breakfast was impressive and a super plus they have a separate offerings for non gluten products. I am gluten intolerant so I appreciate that. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, ours had a big terrace and a balcony with chairs and a sofa. And the most important thing, it was spotless clean. A special note for the service. From the owner that was absolutely lovely to every person of the staff were superb.

We had an amazing stay at Masseria d’Erchia! The breakfast was absolutely delicious each morning, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It truly felt like we were staying in someone’s home - so warm, kind, and attentive. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient to the beach and nearby towns. The amenities were excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing masseria, the place is gorgeous and so intimate. The pool area is amazing and the staff were over the top with every request. I highly recommend it, especially if you want ro visit all the nearby amazing little towns. However, a car is mandatory :)

Beautiful property with great attention to detail everywhere. Owner was gracious and very helpful. A delicious and plentiful breakfast is provided, in a beautifully decorated room with top notch food presentation. Parking on the premises a big plus. A thirty minute walk away from the City Center.

It would have been nice for the property to offer a bottle of water without charge, the property is just out of the old city and as such at night when you are at the property in your room that little extra touch would have left a lasting impression. Other than that it is a beautiful property and the hosts are lovely,

Not there fault at all, but there was a large crane very close by as there was construction being done when we were there. Little bit of an eye sore.

The family who operates the masseria is lovely. The location is great, 5 min drive into Monopoli yet feels tucked away. The pool is amazing. The breakfast is INCREDIBLE. Our room was very large for a standard room and the facilities are new.
