Furniture in the room need some fixing (doors in the cabinets),they offer us plastic "glass" for wine in our room, which was quite funny. Also you can't rent a bike on the spot - you need to order them in the town

Pool is perfect, including furnitures and shading. Location is very close to Otranto. Very quiet & clean, Nice garden among countryside. Air condition was very good. Everybody was helpful and Nice! They offered us a drink when we came and showed us aroud. One day the pool was lit, which was nice. Breakfast is typical Italian - not bad. Coffee was perfect!

For us, it was perfect. The wifi in the room was not very strong but it was much better near reception & the pool. A good excuse to log off while there :)

A fabulous choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat about 2.8km away from the busy/noisy centre of Otranto. Wonderful pool, super breakfast (with great variety) and brilliant owner & staff. We used (excellent) rented bicycles (thank you Germano!) to explore the beauty of nearby beaches, and enjoyed lovely dinners nearby. When leaving, Fabbio even gave us a lift to the train station which was very kind & greatly appreciated. We loved our stay!

Just like many other reviews I had read before coming… the WIFI is really bad. But to be fair, I did not mind the enforced digital detox in such a beautiful place. Definitely don’t go if you have to work remote, otherwise get off your phone and enjoy the views and the relaxing environment!

Amazing place in the middle of the countryside, gorgeous, peaceful and well kept. Lovely and beautiful pool, cute rooms with wooden furniture in pure italian countryside style, all with a small garden space in the front that made it very homey. The location is also great, close to Baia dei Turchi ( Amazing beach) and great restaurants. Staff was kind and available. Ironically I had booked this place because it was close to several locations we wanted to visit during our trip and, because it was in the middle of the countryside, I feared we would get bored if we didn’t plan daily trips. Turns out the best day we had was the day we spent entirely at the Masseria, lounging by the pool, enjoying the peace and nature, reading books and having a salad and a snack brought to us (incredibly fresh and delicious). I am definitely coming back here!

Maybe some extra savoury choices at breakfast - cucumber, eggs, other cheeses? The choice of food was in abundance and tasted so fresh, but all so sweet.

Loved the location - 7mins drive from Otranto, and beautiful location in the countryside. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing and plenty seating available.

It was perfect there isn’t one flaw

the location is amazing 10/10 a managable walk from Otranto and very close to gorgeous beaches like Baia deu Turchi. it’s bedt to rent a bike then you can easil access the town and the beaches. the surroundings are gorgeous there’s so much nature and it’s very peacheful. it was the best air bnb i’ve ever been to, the staff was extremely nice they were so helpful and always in a good mood-we didn’t have a car so they even offered to drive us to otranto, they also had vegan breakfast. the rooms are great. and they even have cute cats wandering around😭definitely returning here one day

The location is very good, quiet, in a green park area. The staff was very friendly and helpful with their suggestions. Suitable for those who are traveling by car. Typical Italian breakfast, good with many choices.

A general outdated look and feel. Outside areas are decaying, and rooms are in desperate need of updating: rusted refrigerator, cabinet door falling off, sporadic Internet access, etc.
