Great location in central Palermo, nice room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of cheese, cold meats and cannoli plus wonderful coffee. Bozena the host was very helpful a friendly, she gave great recommendations for local restaurants and organised a car for us to visit Monreale. If you visit by car park at the Parcheggio Orlando APCOA, which is close to the property, safe and good value.

A wonderful and kind host. The room and bathroom were spacious, modern and attractive. A central location and the ability to to walk to the Palatine Chapel. The entrance door key was difficult to use. However, the host made himself available to open the door upon each of our returns. The breakfast spread was truly INCREDIBLE! Our breakfast began with orange juice that was squeezed that morning. We were given four different cheeses, prosciutto, huge and delicious cannolis and freshly baked marmalade and pistachio filled croissants. These croissants were truly the best and a highlight of our 19 day trip. We also enjoyed a large fresh fruit plate, including kiwis and strawberries. My companion follows a vegan diet and was given soy yogurts and soy milk to use with the cold cereal.

Beautiful accommodation, centrally located in a quiet street. Luxurious and stylish with excellent bed, bed linens, towels, toiletries and lovely extras like a coffee machine, snacks and a spa bath. The host is exceptional - perfect English, thoughtful, responsive and helpful. Helped avert a crisis when my husband temporarily lost his passport. Very knowledgeable regarding Palermo and organised a driver to take us to the airport at much less than the cost of a taxi. Superb in all ways!

Nothing. Everything from start to finish was perfect. If I could give it a 20/20 I would! Bozena & her husband truly were the perfect host team! Perfect hosts, perfect room and breakfast, perfect location. She even arranged drivers and cars for us. We had a great time.

We had a lovely breakfast every morning in the courtyard. The hosts served croissants, yogurt , fresh fruit, meats/cheeses, local bread and wonderful coffee,teas, juice and water.

Only one small thing.Whilst affording great security the key to enter the apartment is difficult to operate.But for that I would have given a 10 rating. Host also organised a cab for return trip to airport which was half the price I was charged when I arrived. An excellent host

Excelent experience. If I could rate this property higher than a perfect 10/10, I truly would! From start to finish, our experience was simply exceptional. The location was ideal—right in the heart of Palermo, within walking distance of top attractions, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Our host, Bozena, was amazing; she treated us with genuine warmth and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. The room itself was perfect, with thoughtful details that made it feel like a true haven. It was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could want, including a comfortable bed, a silent ambiance, Netflix, a daily bottle of water, and premium toiletries. We even had a jacuzzi for extra relaxation! Breakfast each morning was an absolute highlight. Bozena personally asked about our preferences including cheese, fresh bread, fruit, croissants, coffee, fresh orange juice and etc.—a delightful way to start our day. With its convenient location close to Teatro Massimo, getting around the city was a breeze, as most buses pass through that area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Palermo and would gladly stay here again. If I could rate this property higher than 10/10 I would! The location was perfect - close to attractions and a slew of bars and restaurants. Our host Bozena was exceptional - she organised a driver for us, took care of our washing, recommended restaurants and made bookings - she went above and beyond of what I expected. The room was a good size and clean with the bed being comfortable. The breakfast was great and we chose to have it in the courtyard daily. Palermo is a big city but being close to Teatro Massime made it easy to get around as most buses went by there. I would recommend this property and would have no hesitation in staying there again. Thank You Bozena for making our stay easy and memorable!

Amazing hospitality ( warm welcome and host taking time to explain using map where to go and what to see and then customized delicious breakfast in the garden). The room is spotless clean and has a luxurious bathroom. It is located in a nice building very close to everything Bożena is a great communicator, attentive and flexible. Fantastic experience!.

Bozena is a wonderful host. She made everything so easy and ensured we had everything we needed. She repeatedly refreshed our bottled water, took care of our laundry, gave us great recommendations (her response time was stellar), and even booked an airport driver for us. Her place is also in a great location.

Wow we had such an amazing stay, we couldn't recommend it highly enough! Bozena was a perfect host, she was attentive and generous. The room was perfectly equipt with everything we could have needed and more, especially wine glasses and make up remover! The breakfast choices were amazing and delicious. The jacuzzi was a perfect to unwind after a busy day being a tourist. We didn’t want to leave! She even did some clothes washing for us, such a great stay.

Very conveniently located in the center of Palermo but on a quiet street. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the courtyard and the comfortable room. The breakfast was fresh and varied, served by the friendly and attentive host. We were able to arrange a pickup service at the airport which was very efficient.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Bojena was lovely and always willing to help, and the location was great, close to restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket and a fresh food market.

Bojena was wonderful, offering great breakfast in the “garden” - a small courtyard outside our room - which included cheese and meats, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice and coffee. She recommended and booked restaurants for us and washed some of our clothes. Our room was lovely and included a jacuzzi.
