Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Poor communication. I received an instruction to collect keys from a very different and wrong address, secondly the code to open lock for the room keys required two smartphones or a tablet and smartphone, it would be much simpler to receive just a code. Fortunately, the receptionist was around who did know the code. Headboards need to change or repair
Perfect location, nice building, clean room, towels were changed daily, so a good service was like in a regular hotel. Breakfast was continental, sufficient for the two of us.

Very dated needs repainting and refreshing, breakfast included means you have horrible packed croissants in your room with packed toasts, photos on Booking don’t match how it looks at all, no iron so I had to wear crist clothes, the receptionist didn’t speak English

Perfect location to get to all the restaurants and the Sassi. It had all the facilities I needed (which doesn’t have to be a lot when you’re on holiday).

Lift can’t be operated whole time we really can’t access during checkout as the no staff is present during checkout time and they have keys for that , it would be really nice if they keep actual cups instead of paper glasses for tea n coffee it’s really hard to hold hot liquids.
It’s in the centre of the town easily accessible but be prepared to pay extra €20 per day for parking .

Noise from the halway. It said Included breakfast but there was no breakfast. One Juice and sweet from market store is not breakfast.

Breakfast is not really breakfast with a juice box, a croissant in a wrapper and a coffee machine in the room. The rooms need to be freshened up and the rooms are not sound proof in general.

Nice accomodation and nice girls at the reception too, but........................., full of loudly shouting kids together with their loudly communicating parents in the corridor right in front of our room every morning from as early as 9:00 AM, if you are an early birfd then you might not care, if you, however, would like to sleep a bit extra after a few evenings drinks, dont bother booking a room here

We book this room by firltering for "parking" and "breakfast", as well as all the rooms in our holidays. Was disappointing to find there was nor breakfast nor parking. Parking is an independent parking lot one block away, for which you have to pay 20 euros overnight, like anyone else. Breakfast, is a package of three industrial croissants from suppermarket, with some ham, they leave in the room for you to eat next morning. Coffe machine did not run again after 3 espressos. This hotel shall not be allowed to tick the box "parking" and "breakfast"
Room was decent, and staff was kind. Ineed, I am very sorry about the staff who has to put the face when clients find so much false information in the announcement.

As the room was on the main pedestrian street, it was a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday evening but it wasn’t too bad for us.
The rooms were spacious enough for the three of us (a mother with a baby in one and me in the other). It was very clean and neat. They cleaned and changed towels everyday. Breakfast had been refilled as well. The host was super polite and helpful.

Property had no hot water and no heating I have 2 kids and this was a major issue Owner did not seem bothered about the issue and not offered a refund despite the serious issue Italy is a big issue with regards to customer service and I do not recommend this property to no one Also cleanliness was not as advertised

The room and bathroom were quite old and had rusty edges, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, we could hear the noise in the other rooms early morning and the “breakfast included” consisted on capsule coffee and industrialized croissants left in the room for us. We were really disappointed.
