Perfect place for a short vacation in two. It is super nicely furnished and has all the needed facilities. The location is close to the train station (around 5 mins walking distance) and the communication with the host has been flawless. Not only we recommend this place, we plan to book it in advance for next year :)

I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't skip this one. Not only was the room extremely clean and pleasantly scented, equipped with everything a traveler might need (minibar, hairdryer, towels, toiletries, etc.), but Matilde was also incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my transportation and would only arrive in the middle of the night, when public transport was no longer available. The issue was that not only would there be no public transport at that time, but I also couldn’t get in touch with any taxi companies, Uber, or other transport services — and I was supposed to arrive at a location about a 1-hour walk from the accommodation. Matilde not only tried to reassure me, but also contacted taxi companies, went to ask for information in person, and even offered to come pick me up if nothing worked out. In the end, I managed to solve everything, but it’s important to highlight that she had absolutely no obligation to do any of that — and yet she did. It's also worth mentioning that the accommodation is just a 3-minute walk from the central station, which is perfect for getting around — especially if you're planning to visit the Cinque Terre.

A bit higher table was sometimes missing for breakfast (there is only a low one beside the bench).

Exceptionally clean appartment. Very nice helpful host. Lots of nice beautiful details. Fridge with cold water waiting for us upon arrival. Very atmospheric, stylish, spacious. Great recommendations from the host. We spent memorable 2 nights and really enjoyed. Can only recommend!

Our stay at Matilde rooms was very satisfying and comfortable. Matilde is super helpful, she was very kind and gave us a lot of information about everything (metro,bus,restaurants, tours), she even kept our baggage after check out because our train trip was canceled due to a strike and we had to wait a few hours to find a bus to Milan. Her apartment was very clean, and very well located at walking distance from the main station and la spezia Center. I recommend her place to people coming to explore cinque terre and portovenere. Thank you Matilde for making our experience enjoyable and smooth

The room is very dark and the lighting is poor for doing hair and makeup. The shower was slow draining.

It is in a very good location. It’s close to the train station and walkable to shopping and restaurants. The host is very accessible and quick to respond.

The bed is a bit creaky. This is up 3 flights of steps and there is no lift so be aware of this for carrying suitcases etc.

This is close to the train station so a quick walk for catching trains to Cinque Terre villages each day. Also, not too far to get to the main shopping street with lots of restaurants that leads down to the port. Mini mart & laundry just around the corner. A large room and large bathroom. Matilde is lovely and provided lots of recommendations.

The streets around can be pretty noisy at night and the windows are not soundproof. The area around did not seem super safe at night as it is next to the train station. The shower was a bit capricious.

Wooden floor is very squeaky which was a little annoying. Would have liked a selection of bed coverings.

Location is excellent and the studio was very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was excellent and we had no problems finding the studio and getting access. Overall a very nice stay.

Matilde was super attentions with us always replying to our messages almost on a minute and all her suggestions were awesome. The place is very cool, nice and well located, just a couple of minutes from the train station and the city center.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a lift to the apartment and it is a few flights of stairs up. It had a bad fridge but would have been great to have a full sized fridge as we were there for a few days.

The hosts were very friendly, they gave us many recommendations and lots of information about the area, Matilde also met us upon check in to show us to the room, and Stefano was very responsive over message. The apartment was clean and fairly modern. The air conditioning was a very welcomed facilities in summer. A large TV which is rare for Italy. Additionally, the location was in between of the train station and the main streets.

Excellent location (3 min walk to train station) and near centre. Matilde (host) was so accommodating, kind and helpful. Easy check in and out. Allowed us to store luggage there on check out. Spacious and beautiful studio. Extra touches such as kettle, bowls, spoons, fridge, coffee machine, toiletries. Loved the apartment, would 100% stay again.

The bed was a little springy and there was no toilet door. Not an issue for us but could be for some!

Spacious room short walk to the train station/Cinque Terre towns. The room was bright and comfortable with a kettle, fridge, tea/coffee and air conditioning. Matilde was a fantastic host and made accessing the accommodation easy. She also provided plenty of local recommendations!
