size of the bathroom/ shower cabin TINY , ungoing restructuring works inside building on halls, walls, outside and at reception area , outside area not well maintained , lack of personnel and superficial cleaning outside property in common areas ( no one empty the ashtrays for 3 days , chairs & tables outside full of dust). Same breakfast every day, not refilling plates. Far away of everything but with a car / bus ( few minutes far away by walking ) is manageable. Not well trained personal at reception but eager to help and smiling.

Sirmione is an amazing place! The hotel is in a quiet residential street, outside the historic center and outside the ZTL. Nearby, a commercial area offers great restaurants and a market. On-site parking is available. A wonderful, attentive, and enthusiastic staff member welcomed us, showed us the facilities, and provided all the information we needed. We stayed in the new wing—rooms are brand-new, not very large, but very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic! Abundant, delicious, with tables indoors or in the garden patio. Staff are friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly.

The room was nice and new, but it quite noisy from the neighbors. Very nice breakfast and a garden. The hotel was partially under the renovation, so it wasnt great. The location is nice, quiet, close to shop and restaurants.

The accommodation was clean and easy to locate with its own car park. Everything we needed was within easy reach and the area of Sirmione is very beautiful- well worth a visit. The breakfast was buffet style and very good.

Just a very minor complaint - the bathroom is fairly spacious and I feel that the shower was a bit tight and could definitely have been made bigger. I am not a large person, but felt a bit cramped taking showers.

The hotel has been recently renovated and the room all the amenities one would need, including a door code which saved having to worry about keys. This hotel serves an amazing breakfast with everything one could ask for in the morning. The staff, especially Michael, were very helpful and friendly. I also liked the fact that I was able to store my bags prior to checkin.

Very nice modern hotel room … clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of fresh choices. Great to have parking included, and a nice easy walk to cafes and bars. We would definitely stay again!

The bathroom fan made a noise when the light been switched on, must be to remind you to switch it off after use.

Centrally located, this apartment was clean, neat with a well maintained garden. The AC worked very well, the room had a snall fridge and the bathroom had a lovely shower. The breakfast was great, with a variety of fresh food, served inside or on the patio /garden. Close to the Shuttle bus station (±150m) to go to the Old Town, the Castle, as well as the Ferry to the Noth of the lake. Same bus station to take the bus to Decenzano Train Station. About 500m from the Camping site and swimming areas. Grocery store ±150 m away. Friendly, helpful staff. We had all our needs met and had a wonderful stay. Will stay there again, hopefully soon.

The hallway was loud, especially the sound of the doors being unlocked (loud beeping noise)-maybe the sound could be turned down as it seemed unnecessary

Very nice hotel in the center of town, surrounding is super beautiful. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was tasty and fresh, a lot of variaties. Rooms are clean and has eveything what someone can ask for. Train station is just in front of hotel but I would recomment to travel with car to explore everywhere. Neuschwanstein Castle just 15 min away from the hotel. Overall super experience, would come back again :)
