A bit old fashioned (80's 90's) deco and linen.

Clean. The breakfast was realy good and had plenty of choices. Coffee is absolutely fabulous. Personnel speaks several languages and is very nice.

The hotel seems to have a new software for opening the room doors as well as the garage ramp which doesn't work well. Out of the two elevators, one is out of service. The working one is outdated and very slow. Hopefully both will be refurbished and put into service soon.

A bit outdated and inconsiderate neighbours on one side, but otherwise happy with our one night stay.

We arrived late at nearly 23:00, so not many places available with 24 h check in, especially on a budget. I booked last minute on the road and we paid a really good price. I was reluctant to book due to some negative reviews, but i found the hotel and the staff very reasonable, especially for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast plentiful and varied, although the cooked eggs and bacon i would avoid. Very nice coffee and the rest and it costs €8 each, which i believe it is a very good value. The hotel has limited free parking outside, but there was no space left, however the 10€ underground parking is very reasonable in my opinion, considering the price of the hotel itself (many other hotels in Verona were offering parking at a "nearby" location for €20). Refrigerator in the room and 2 small cold water bottles provided in the price.

I just didn't like a few things, they don't have internet connection on their TV, and they showed some things in the pictures that we didn't get in the room, like bathrobe.. and center and tourist places a lil beat far away..need yo take bus.but everything else was very good and beautiful.

Old facilities and I didn’t know that the room could host also animals. The hotel was clean (very clean) but I didn’t like the idea that a dog may have stayed in our room. The breakfast (hot) was not great. The cakes were nice but the same ones were not brought back regularly once finished

- a 4 star hotel? Perhaps 30 years ago - I ordered a large beer around 0:30am, was served only a small one and charged 4€ for the beer + 9€ city tax = 13€ for a o,33l beer - 15€ for breakfast p. person is a bit to much

The hotel is listed as a four start hotel . This is not the case . The hotel is 3 star at best and is in need if renovation. The decor is dated and needs replacing as does the carpets. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and I struggled to sleep. There are pets allowed in the rooms and the room facing mine had a dog left in it alone for over three hours an constantly barked. I did contact reception and they tried to contact the people staying in the room but they had gone out for the day leaving the dog alone in the room.

Definitely needs a restyling. Elevators are very slow and noisy. Furniture as well is very old.
