The lack of privacy in the bedroom. Having the shower and wash basin inside the small bedroom was not good. Only the toilet and bidet were in a tiny separate room. One double bed. The small third bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. Not cotton sheets. Lack of surfaces to put on basic necessities such as toiletries and makeup. Quite cramped for a Superior Triple for three adults. For a grandmother, daughter and teen granddaughter it just about worked.

We had an almost perfect stay. All staff were exceptional! Food was exceptionally good of a high standard. People came from far and wide to eat here on the spacious terrace with views over Lake Garda. Great service! Located a pleasant 20 minute walk along the Lake to Bardolino. Perfect for picking up the ferry to visit other towns on Lake Garda.

The only minor thing would be the bathrooms in both rooms were a little tired and could do with updating, though were very clean and perfectly usable.

Great location on eastern shore of Lake Garda, convenient car park on site and handy to bus stops. A warm welcome on arrival and the staff throughout were always helpful and friendly. We had two rooms: a double with terrace overlooking Lake Garda and a triple with balcony with views of the lake also. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows and the air-con was great, the terrace was lovely to relax on and watch the sunset. Room service each day was of a good standard. We had breakfast in the hotel each day and it provided a good typical continental style spread with fruit, cereal, breads, salad, eggs (scrambled or hard boiled) cooked meat, bread and pastries with fresh juice and hot drinks. We ate in the restaurant L’Unico 3 times during our stay and were highly impressed with the service, quality of the food and drinks definitely worth a visit. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here if we were in the area again. The pool and surrounding green areas had a good mix of shaded areas and more exposed for those who enjoy sunbathing and a great place to cool down in the late afternoon and enjoy a drink from the bar.

Nothing really to dislike location was great, pool was clean and with a good amount of sun loungers staff friendly and efficient throughout the property

Overall excellent the quirkiness of the decor added to the experience always finding something new in the hotel, breakfast was good with a wide range of choices and a good range of times from 7am - 10.30. Restaurant was popular with locals and tourists alike and although always busy we were found a table quickly on the 2 occasions we dined there

The pillows were not comfortable at all. That's the only single negative I can think of. I asked cleaner for another of the small blue cushions that were on the bed and she got me one and then slept better.

Lovely room and balcony with perfect view of the lake. Staff were helpful and friendly% Dominik in particular helped us out with bus and taxi arrangements. Pool and bar area was great. No towels on loungers, all very relaxing.

While I reserved the room listed as adapted for disabled guests, it turned out to be a regular room without accessibility features. Not a major issue for me, but important to know if you need specific accommodations

Really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was OK, the room was solid, and the staff? Just lovely. Breakfast was a winner — definitely worth waking up for. The location is great too: just a 20-minute stroll to the lakeside promenade and ferry dock, but with views that make it feel like five. You’ve got a handful of great restaurants right nearby, and catching a sunset here? Pretty much guaranteed.

The room was at times too hot and parking was a problem because the hotel restorant (which shares the parking with the hotel) is full in the evening.

The bed was very uncomfortable which was the most disappointing part. Also I couldn’t get the room to cool down bc they had just turned off the air conditioning. But the staff did provide a fan for the room.

my superior lakeview room turned out to be a 'side lake view' meaning you only had a view if you stood up in the corner of the balcony. When asked to move was told nothing available so disappointed as husband spends time on the balcony due to health issues. Pillows very hard and cleaner not brilliant. However I would stay again with a proper lakeview.

The rooms are a bit tight, but this is still a great shopping point if you are just staying a few nights they are airconditoned.

Good location 10 minute walk and you are in Bardilino.,or few minutes in opposite direction and you are in Cisano, good restaurant in both location. The the restaurant on site is very good and staff very helpfull. Nice Swimming Pool. If you just want to relax for a while.
