The beds weren't super comfy, but it wouldn't deter me from staying here again.

The location was absolutely perfect and the hotel was beautiful. We didn't eat at the hotel but the cappucinos were fantastic.

The AC didn’t really work, the air wasn’t blowing out cold at all. Room was very warm.

Bit dated furnishings but very well kept/maintained. Light in hallways were on a sensor but didnt always turn on so needed to use phone light.

Excellent location very close to town ferry pick up point, friendly staff, rooms clean and comfortable, lovely spread of breakfast so many options even for vegetarians, great sound proof doors as in very central location heard no noise from outside. Quite pricey but expected in August peak season

The hotel has a good location in the center of the city. The breakfast is good and the restaurant staff are nice, especially Ms. Alla, who provides excellent service. The rooms are clean, but the furniture is old. The check-in procedures are fast. Parking is 500 meters away and costs 18 euros per day. There is a parking lot near the hotel, but it is not always available.

Parking/Garage is not within hotel, dated Rooms and the receptionist (young,tall guy with black glasses think his name is Marco) extremely unfriendly and should not have any contact with clients (at best put him in back office). Honestly we have never, ever been "served" so poorly - disgrace and disappointment. On the other hand, all the others were nice and friendly

It doesn't actually have an indoor pool as advertised. It has a small pool as part of the spa area which you have to pay to use. It doesn't have a gym either... just a bedroom it's four pieces of gym equipment. I think the advertising regarding these two things is very misleading to say the least.

Its location was amazing. Staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly and breakfast was excellent.

The location was wonderful. In the old town, across the street from the lake and promenade and ferry. Public paid parking very close. Staff was helpful and spoke multiple languages including English. The historic building was interesting.

It's far located in an area with narrow roads . You have to drive 20 minutes frome the main road. The unique thing is the old beautiful castle that was presented at the web as "the hotel" but as mentioned this isn't the place we were told to stay in. We are very disappointed!!!¹

Im desappointed of the place we sayed in. I liked and I chosed the old historical building you presented in booking. Unfortunately the reception sent some of the guests to the beautiful promised building and sent us to the standard building in front of it. This isn't correct it's misleading and a break of the contract.

Location was excellent and staff very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and specially made coffee. View from our small balcony across the ferry dock and lake. Quiet at night. It was lovely to be picked up from the nearby railway station - thank you.

The lack of plug sockets in the room. There were only 2 in the whole room. One was for the kettle and one for the fridge, which meant we couldn't charge our phones, battery packs, and watches at the same time. I had to wait for my friends to charge before I could charge mine which felt like a waste of time because if there were plug sockets on each sides of the beds, this wouldn't be a problem.

The location was amazing as it was close to ferries where you could go to other areas without any hassle.
