The lift to the apartment is tiny and it was not working during our checkout day. No assistance was given to help with bringing luggage down as we were on the 4th floor. I was travelling alone with a child and it was really very bad to have the carry down our baggages all by myself. Unacceptable.

The location of the property is fantastic and convenient.

The property had a portable AC that you can not use since the exhaust has to be put on a window which is imposible to do because you would have to leave the window open to do so and as a result the hot air comes back in. Need a better AC solution. The AC in the master room is mediocre at best. The pull out bed is hard as a rock.

it is very hard to find the door entrants. On arrival we struggled to find the door as there is no symbol or door no. Luckily i found one person who helped us to get in to the room. its better to send photos of the main entrants of the place and give instructions. if any one try to find the main door after 6 pm its very difficult. Give photos green colour gate as identification

The mattresses were old and needed replacing but that’s it

However it was right by a train track and was really loud of an evening with the trains constantly passing. It was also incredibly dirty! There was no duvet cover. Just a sheet on top of the duvet and a sheet underneath which was gross! When stripping the bed before leaving there was no mattress protector and the mattress was absolutely disgusting! I would not recommend the location and would not stay again.

The location was perfect in the sense of walking a couple minutes to the Duomo.

*** As we arrived, the floor was flooded from a leak from the fridge. We had to clean it. We couldn't use the fridge. I called the call centre of the property owner. They were very gentle to help us but no one came to fix the problem. I also wrote to them. *** Some taps don't work properly and hot water comes late. The pressure is weak. *** The pictures on the booking.com are of the property but not the same decoration. They were misleading. *** Price very high.

The service was very bad.. the kitchen induction hob was not working and the lights got tripped off and even after complaining to the call centre no resolution.. as a result we had to stay without kitchen and lights.. and also no hot water in the bathroom..

Front desk were very rude to us and did not speak any word of English. I know that safety is everyone’s priority but it is was so complicated to get inside the property using both the EKey and the good old fashion key

Very old apartment , you can’t see in the booking.Entering the building door was very difficult , we stayed for 3 hours outside until one of the people that lived in the building came and opened it to enter. The apartment door was the same , the key that was on the table doesn’t open the aparment door . It was very very noisy that we couldn’t sleep .

Dirty apartment to avoid by all means Prior to arrival: The staff promised that the apartment would be clean. At the arrival: we found out that the hair in the kitchen, black things on the utensils, brownish stains on sofa, black moles in the bathroom and severe Kalk in the shower head. During the stay, I immediately communicated these problems to the property and they said that they would get back to me. After the stay, still no solution and no further communication from the staff.

Good location to Duomo. I would not recommend if you are a quiet sleeper, as it is close to the Main Street and the apartment window is the old one without sound isolation
