Noisy aircon

A great spacious room, excellent central location. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels, nicely equipped with soap, shampoo etc, even cushions for the opera. Easy communication and access.

Flights of stairs as lift got stuck between floors. Took a long time to inch the lift back to 3rd floor just to get out. Became very claustrophobic being very small lift. My partner started to get upset and panic.

It was a bit cold for us, the temperature of the heating was preset so we couldn't do anything about it. The place would be better if there was at least some small kitchenette (we couldn't wash the dishes so we left them dirty on the table). However for a short stay it was ok.

The location is perfect! The space is big enough, the host was very kind and helpful, he gave us a lot of suggestions for places to visit, where to eat etc.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. An apartment with personality and a great vibe. Clean, excellent location and everything you need for a few days in wonderful Verona. Paolo is very friendly and responds quickly. We would come back here anytime.

We loved the quaint lift which carries one person with luggage, and you have to hold your finger on the button at all times to keep it going, but much better than climbing the steep stairs to the 3rd floor, while carrying your luggage. The only problem was you have to climb some stairs (17 steps) to get to the lift in the first place, but Paolo did help with our heavy luggage, thanks mate.

We loved everything about this place, particularly our host Paolo. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, the amenities great. it is right in the heart of the city and walking distance to see everything (even for us oldies).

Very central accomodation in the old town close to the Arena. Beautiful apartment. Plenty of space and comfortable. It meant you could pop back when the weather was bad then rest and recuperate for the next part of the day!

Great location, friendly and helpful host. Beautiful room and spacious for being in the center of the city. We were very pleased with everything, it would be even better if the host could provide an iron. We were there to go to a performance at the arena and needed our clothes ironing unfortunately we had to find a place to do the service within an hour which was impossible so we ended up buying an iron to solve the issue.

Priceless location, exceptionally clean, comfortable apartment, great for a couple. Easy access to the city, 30 meters from the Arena of Verona. Paolo the host was really friendly and very kind to help us with all kinds of useful information. We consider ourselves lucky to be able to find this place to stay!

Just the BEST location - so happy we stayed here. It isn't a traditional 'hotel' - more like an AirBnB style - but the owner met us when we arrived and he was SUPER nice.

There really was nothing at all to dislike

Our host was wonderful. Kind, gracious, generous. The suite was gorgeous - beautiful decor - loved the quirky colours and the lovely wallpaper. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Coffee pods were available for us which is always a nice touch. Great shower, lovely bathroom - what more could you want. There was a little lift - most useful for getting your luggage up the 3 (2?) flights of stairs.

The lights in the stairwell didn’t always turn on so sometimes we were climbing or descending stairs in pitch black.

The location was perfect. The room and the bathroom were both very large. Someone was waiting outside of the building when we arrived to show us into the studio.
