In the night there was an unpleasant smell coming from outside, so we couldn't have the windows open.

The breakfast was nice, had good options. Cheese and salami packaged in small packaging so you can take your own. Good desserts and coffee. Sadly the breakfast wasn't on the terrace, as the photos suggest, but was still in a nice upstairs room. We also saw a beautiful rainbow through the window in the morning.

I had a feeling that the plumbing system might not be completely new, as every flush of a toilet was followed by unpleasant noise. However, this didn’t spoil my stay at all.

Everything was really pleasant. Checkin was smooth and staff was truly helpful and very kind. Room was very spacious, it had all amenities and lots of storage space. Location is in very heart of the centre, while quite calm and not noisy. The terrace provided a lovely spot for chill.

The only thing was that the elevator costs 10 cents to go up, if you dont have the key to the room yet. This should be mentioned in the booking as I was carrying heavy bags and I had an injury in my leg!

The bathroom and your room is separeted from each other, so it was a bit awkward walkint through the hallway full of people in towels. There are garages for parking around 35 euros/day, so if you come by car you’ll have to add that to the price.

Breakfast was only okay - just needs a few tweaks like fresh croissants/pastries. Coffee and drinks served to you, and you can take to your room to eat on balcony, which was a nice touch :)

Entry through two metal doors, front door is small for getting luggage through. Restaurant is right in front of place, open until midnight, so it was a bit noisy. The sound of the air conditioner helped to cover the sound from the restaurant.

The BnB is a great central location in the Old Town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are being done up and had one of the new rooms that was beautifully decorated and spacious with a lovely view on a tree filled courtyard with an old cathedral behind. The Terrace in front of the bedrooms is the perfect place for the copious breakfast.

Not understanding what the entrance would be like in advance was a bit disconcerting. We were unable to use the elevator when we first arrived. That was difficult.

Skeleton door keys were hard to use- but I hadn't used them before so that's on me!

We had a nice, bright room with a balcony- great view of Spaccanapoli! Easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Great restaurants nearby. The hotel felt secure, very friendly staff, staff were easy to communicate with great breakfast with a lot of food options! We would stay again.

It's right in the middle of the historic centre so the front room of the annex gets quite a lot of noise from the street. Bring earplugs!

Clean and comfortable room within easy walking distance of the central train station, the port and the archaeological museum. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you're exploring Naples and nearby attractions.

It is in the heart of the old town and accessible to all amenities. It was clean , comfortable and the shower was good. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were nice and friendly and very helpful. Next time I visit Naples I will stay there again. That place is highly recommended.

Staff friendly and helpful BUT since I was given a small room in nearby property and not the main advertised location the ambience of my stay did not match the photos advertising the place so I was disappointed. Also in the mornings when I needed to go to the main property for breakfast it was difficult to get the desk staff to open the door to let me in! General location is very good for all attractions in the old part of the city.
