The breakfast was nice, had good options. Cheese and salami packaged in small packaging so you can take your own. Good desserts and coffee. Sadly the breakfast wasn't on the terrace, as the photos suggest, but was still in a nice upstairs room. We also saw a beautiful rainbow through the window in the morning.

In the night there was an unpleasant smell coming from outside, so we couldn't have the windows open.

Lovely room with a great terrace. Perfect location, plenty going on on the street but the room itself was very quiet. Extremely helpful and friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Grazie!

We were away from the main building, in a lovely room with a small balcony overlooking a busy street, and kitchen facility - we loved it and didn't mind the noise- nice to be in the heart of all we wanted. Breakfast was in the main building and sufficed - staff lovely. I left an item in the room and staff again more than helpful in trying to get it back to UK.

Actually finding the place and getting the lift - could just do with better signage

Everything was really pleasant. Checkin was smooth and staff was truly helpful and very kind. Room was very spacious, it had all amenities and lots of storage space. Location is in very heart of the centre, while quite calm and not noisy. The terrace provided a lovely spot for chill.

I had a feeling that the plumbing system might not be completely new, as every flush of a toilet was followed by unpleasant noise. However, this didn’t spoil my stay at all.

The room was very very big, with aircon and a glorious terrace. The breakfast was also very good for the price.

The only thing was that the elevator costs 10 cents to go up, if you dont have the key to the room yet. This should be mentioned in the booking as I was carrying heavy bags and I had an injury in my leg!

Great location, very nice staff, good breakfast, clean place.

The bathroom and your room is separeted from each other, so it was a bit awkward walkint through the hallway full of people in towels. There are garages for parking around 35 euros/day, so if you come by car you’ll have to add that to the price.

Excellent, atmospheric, location. It felt like a sanctuary from the busy city. Very good staff.

Love the terrace with flowers and beautiful view of the church. It was clean and friendly staff. It was no noise and good blinders in the room if you want it dark. Perfect location with several good restaurants just outside.

Lovely room in centre of Naples. Staff were friendly on welcome, informative and available if needed. Lovely room which was comfortable and clean, with a welcome balcony area in the heat.

Breakfast was only okay - just needs a few tweaks like fresh croissants/pastries. Coffee and drinks served to you, and you can take to your room to eat on balcony, which was a nice touch :)

Very secure, easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

Entry through two metal doors, front door is small for getting luggage through. Restaurant is right in front of place, open until midnight, so it was a bit noisy. The sound of the air conditioner helped to cover the sound from the restaurant.

I expected a better room since I booked from February. The room was not clean, breakfast very poor.

Poor cleanness, no balcony, the picture of booking mislead you. The breakfast was very poor, we were in the 4th floor a very hot place.

The BnB is a great central location in the Old Town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are being done up and had one of the new rooms that was beautifully decorated and spacious with a lovely view on a tree filled courtyard with an old cathedral behind. The Terrace in front of the bedrooms is the perfect place for the copious breakfast.
