It seemed the AC could not keep up with the heat, also the wifi was intermittent and we had to use personal data constantly.

We liked the cleanliness and freshness of the room. The place is amazing.

We reserved a room for two person, 7 nights stay. The room was super clean and spaceous with all nessecary amenities. It supported two terraces, tv, 3 tables and 6 chairs (and the room is for two persons) air-conditioner and comfy bed and a small fridge. They changed the towels every day. Shared kitchen with all needed stuff to make a breakfast/lunch/coffee. The host, Paolo was very friendly, positive and polite! They even provided me an ironing board without asking for it. Also the room was kind of a smart room, you will find about that right when you enter it :) Meliora rooms was the highlight of our trip for sure!

There were ants in our room and in the kitchen. The street infront of the house it's quite busy. There were no bigger glasses or cups in the kitchen. The front door didn't lock at some point, and they can open only with the key, couse there is no handle. We are not used of that kind of opening concept.

Wery nice room, located in the center of Avola. Enjoyed the AC, views from the large terase, and nice kitchen area with the big fridge, that we really used a lot. We get nice room right in the ground floor, which I liked alot. We managed to get a parking space near by, so that was not the problem. The city center is right around the corner, and the beach is reachable too, but we used our rentacar, couse we explored Sicily a lot.

Everything was awsome!

A great place to stay in Avola and as a base for exploring the sourrounding towns! A very tasteful, impeccabily clean and nicely furnished property. My room had a lovely balcony, a super comfy bed, and everything I needed. Additionally, there was a roof terrace with a lovely view, some tables and sunbeds. A charming beach with cafes and restaurants is just within a 15-minute walk:) The host can provide you with the beach umbrellas:) Everything was exceptional!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!! E stato fantastico!!!:))) Grazie ancora!!!

Maybe it's good to don't use plastic cup, better is to have in every room normal glasses and cutlery.

Room was really nice and well-located between center of the town and the beach. Only drawback is that the street was quite busy and noisy. The bed was ok but not great. Personnel was only available if needed, but flexible. I appreciated it very much that I could use a bike without extra cost.

First of all my opinion takes into account the price. Room was clean. Bed was cormfotable. Street is close and you can hear sounds but we slept well so it wasn't an issue. You can park for free on the street. No problem with finding free spot. Easy check-in and check-out. Close to Siracuse, Noto and to the beach, and we were searching exactly such room: clean, cheap, with parking, close to some places. You can find shops and coffeehouse close. Good heating/AC. The bed was goooood. Big terrace on the roof. Bedsheet, towels, small fridge. For such price you can't get better quality I think

Just a little traffic noise.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Beautiful sunny room with a balcony. There is an equipped kitchen downstairs which was great. Bedroom had good block out shutters. Really surprised to find such a great place at a good price. Avola is a cute town. It's just a short walk to the main square and cafes etc. Parking on the street was easy to find (we travelled in February).

We only stayed for a short while, but the room was very clean and modern (Alexa controls your AC!). The host was responsive and we appreciated the parking spaces in the street.

The traffic noise. It states soundproofing. Unfortunately that is not correct. Very high traffic area. If it had soundproofing it really would be a 10. Lovely establishment with lovely staff.

The interior is beautiful. The bed comfort was heaven. Kitchen was clean and user friendly. The interior really cant be faulted. Neither can the staff.

Nothing :) its great

Very clean and beautiful. Good located. The bus station is close. To the beach about 15-20 mins walk. Theres a kitchen with a gas stove and a water cooker. The room had electric curtains and air conditioning. The bathroom very clean. Check in and check out smoothly.
