The pool could get busy and there would be no seating available. But that's the price you pay for an unbelievable rooftop pool within the heart of Rome.

The location is exceptional. You can't beat the view. Great access to public transit to travel anywhere throughout Rome. Breakfast was great - such variety and high quality.

I loved my room, bright and airy, windows on two sides. I was very unwell for a day or two and the cleaner was vigilant in keeping me with supplies. It was superbly located for local restaurants and gelato shops, super near the colosseum and not too far to walk to the Trevor’s fountain.

I feel like the price only really reflects the location and not the facilities. Obviously the location is pretty cool but in terms of the hotel itself, it was nice, clean and comfortable but not top rank.

All the staff were really friendly, but in particular the pool and bar staff were great - the lifeguard out all day in high temps and the folks at the pool bar always smiling. My room was pretty spacious and the bed is really comfy - just a little dark. View from the rooftop is amazing and a dip in the pool was perfect in the heat.

There was no interconnecting room available for my son.

It was a fantastic location near the Colosseum with a rooftop pool and bar. There were open views to the Colosseum and district. It was a short walk from Rome termini station. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. I would stay again.

It was a heat wave, so even with the air conditioning, it was too hot to use the blanket provided. We should've asked for another sheet.

You must definitely improve the quality of the dishes served during breakfast! Breakfast is awful and this is not just my opinion. Fruit - canned peaches were poor. Mercure / Accor brand hotel should have fresh fruit, especially in the summer. Serving canned fruit is awful. Secondly, the two types of yellow cheese served are the worst I've ever eaten - bland and tasteless. Also, take care of the quality of the bread. The rolls were often stale and hard. Sausages in pieces should be served warm, not lukewarm. The temperature of the sausages was very low every day. The quality of drinks - juices is also a big minus - you can feel that they are made from powder. You also make scrambled eggs from powder - they have no taste at all. You use substitutes instead of real ingredients and this is reprehensible. To sum up, breakfasts: very poor and replace many dishes with hopeless and unhealthy ingredients. Customers should find out about this fact.
