Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

It was a little bit noisy with all cars/motors passing by the property.
The place is positioned near a castle and was really magical to be there. The breakfast was in the next caffee and was very delicios :D I'm sory we was in such a hurry and didn't take a picture from the outside.

The location is nice but it is right next to a busy street and there are cars and scooters passing by.
Big room. The owner is very nice and accommodating.

It's noisy, on the corner of the busy street. There was also a very strong sewage smell from the bathroom during very heavy rain.
Beautiful spot! The owner was very nice, provided us with lots of information about the island. The room was stunning, with plenty of space. There is a big bed and bunk bed with lots of storage. The location was nice, close to bus stop and walkable distance everywhere. The breakfast at nearby place was delicious

Sonnino was very welcoming. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Very nice breakfast in the little café next door.

The location is a bit inconvenient if you didn’t rent a car/e-bike/scooter. But that’s just because of the island, not the property owner.
Such a beautiful room! The owner Sonnino was very sweet and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the neighboring dining place was REALLY good.

We loved that the room was part of an old tower which once was the king's mews. Despite not being right in the city center it is easily accessible by bus or by walk. The closest beach is 5 minutes away and there's a lovely local place to eat just around the corner. We had a great time and would definitely stay there when visiting Procida again.

Not much to dislike unless you are not keen on a lower ground floor room surrounding by old buildings !
Unusual spacious en suite bedroom with small terrace for eating. Simpke breakfast at next door cafe/ shop in idyllic rural small village like setting.

I cannot recommend this apartment enough!! It's just beautiful, the location is perfect, the beach close, the café next door where the breakfast is served magnificent and Sonnino is the nicest host imaginable!!!

The place is located on a narrow road where almost every one is honking when passing by. It's was a bit annoying
Cozy room, close to the beach, small grocery store and bus station. Owner was very friendly and helpful, give me a lot of info about Procida.

I would have liked a bit bigger breakfast. The room is close to the street so you can hear the sporadic vehicles that pass it.
Wonderful room, very clean and very spacious, special historic place beneath a tower. Also very friendly host that gave us great recommendations for Procida exploration.

the room is so beautiful with an iconic tower right outside of it! the facilities were great, really nice shower with good water pressure. they provided me a bottle of water every day I was there in the mini fridge. the host is extremely nice and helpful, and has lots of great recommendations of where to go on the island!! my room had a nice patio outside that was fun to relax after a long day. the room has good Wi-Fi, but the service for me in the area was pretty spotty, so make sure you have everything figured out before you arrive!

There could have been a little more than a coffee maker, we asked for a bottle opener and the host delivered one quickly enough...but leaving one in the room along with some glasses might be a better way forward for guests. Having said that, Sonnino is a really nice guy and always wants to help make sure you are comfortable.
The location is away from the port and other tourist areas, but easy to reach if you want to go to these places. The room is large with an en-suite containing a decent shower, toilet, basin & bidet. We hired a scooter and went wherever we wanted, we saw the whole of the island using the property as our base.

Procida is a really beautiful island with amazing people. Our host Sonnino is a great guy who hosted us with such hospitality and joy. Breakfast was amazing thanks to Antonio! Beautiful, clean and comfortable room with nice bathroom. Thank you very much for an amazing stay! 11/10!
