How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The restaurant was very average which with the location means you need to spend a lot on uber to get to decent restaurants/ shops. The wifi in our room also didn’t connect to the tv like it said and the wifi kept disconnecting.

I didn’t like that you had to pay for a pool pass each day, this wasn’t advertised in advance. It was also a bit far out of the city for my preference, I thought it was closer.
This was a good hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and cleaned daily. Close to train and grocery shop.

The only thing that I have observed the water in swimming pool was not clear 😒
The staff really helpful and kind, the breakfast was great, cleanliness was great I would prefer to stay again

A bit of a sterile feeling in the common areas
Very nice hotel, warm welcome. Lovely room and fantastic bathroom. The breakfast was good too. Plenty of parking for the hotel while the refurbishment is ongoing

The area around the hotel could have been cleaner. The bridge over the road to the bus stop had quite a lot of litter.
A beautiful hotel with a large swimming pool, located just outside the center of Rome. Although we didn’t have a car, getting to the city center was easy by taking bus 247 and then transferring to bus 916. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The bathrooms ar quite mouldy. Beds didn’t have enough pillows so were quite uncomfortable

I have stayed only one night and was glad to leave . Not clean . Breakfast was ok . Staff pleasant . Terrible noise of construction working right into the room.

Great stay though a little far from the airport… i searched for properties close to the airport and Booking.com came up with this- i’ll check the address next time.

The quality of the food in the restaurant that opens at 19:00 was not good. The prices there are of course higher than in other restaurants but not THAT much for the food that taste nothing. Unfortunately, the location is not that good, cause there is only 1 restaurant and Macdonalds nearby. It’s good to book this hotel for 2-3 days to chill from city but not more.
Looks good outside and inside. Amazing, not so crowded pool where you can drink, swim and sunbath. Very comfortable rooms, but we could hear if someone is laughing in another room. We have been upgraded for free to a nicer room with a bathtub:) Breakfast had many option to choose from and tasty. Super nice place for a nice price

Mold around bathtub. Difficult to get in/out of tub/shower. Have to squeeze between sink and partition that's supposed to keep floor dry when showering. Floor got soaked. Beds are creaky and pillows are hard. Not located near anything, so taxi required for travel. Can't just walk out the hotel door and stroll by shops or restaurants.
Staff very helpful. Hotel generally clean. Pretty pool area. Good breakfast with lots of variety.

No coffee in guest room. Bathroom was awkward and had mold in shower. No seating on balcony. No outgoing mail option. Luggage stand was falling apart. No do not disturb option.

The food at the restaurant on the property was not good.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We booked a little out of town and the fare to go to the attractions was reasonable. Would recommend.

Location was not easy for walking to other services. Very surprising that we needed to pay extra to use the pool.
Great meeting point for our Trafalgar tour. We arrived 2 days early. Very comfortable and helpful staff.

The room service people just came inside while we were sleeping. Big invasion of privacy. Apart from that are no room service for like food. And no spas as well.

in traffic can take 30 mins from rome city center, but staying in rome city center is quite pricey plus not easy to find car park in city center.
good price, near highway so was good for us coming from naples in the evening by car, free car parking. price is reasonable.

They delayed a bit to deliver our room and they sent us to an already occupied room at first but then sent us to the right one.

Lady at Front desk could have been acting positive than negative. The other staff had to correct her mistake. I could have terminate our booking.
Hotel was as expected. Had safe parking and close to shopping and food. And was in easy location to city ring.
