We did not stay at the property, we moved in a hotel after seing, even if we paid twice for out stay in Milano. Ugo is a nice person and the appartment is well positioned as positives

The appartment is not renovated, the furniture has a very old air. Bathrooom is old and it was also not clean. 10 minutes after check in we decided to move to a hotel. Price asked was also very high for the condition of the appartment. We are traveling 4 months a year, and it is the first time when we had to give up the current booking and move somewhere else.

Ugo welcomed us to Milan personally and provided a concise but very informative overview of the apartment and facilities as well as places to go, means of transportation, grocery and restaurants and all the essentials. The apartment certainly met our expectations in size, value, location, and quality. Excellent trip, highly recommend

Unbelievably hospitable host, the apartment is packed with everything you need and you didn’t know you needed. Impressive view from the balcony. 5 min to metro. Altogether it makes staying in the apartment a lovely experience.

I will be very succinct- when I come back in Milan, I will stay in this place again! The hospitality of Ugo was unique, trying to turn our visit to unforgettable jurney with recommendation about the city and what to see! The view from the balcony was also amazing

Location fab, host was excellent meeting to get the keys and explaining location and what's around. Location was right near tram stop that takes you to the centre. Shops nearby open late aswell and bars nearby.

Shower in bathroom could do with bit of an update but did work and no issues with it.

Everything was great. The accommodation was very clean, organized and had all we need. Location was very good, near the subway station and groceries shop. And the host is a incredible person, very kindly and gave us precious informations about the city.

Ugo is a great host, thank you so much! He showed and explained everything. Property has an excellent location, great view, very easy to reach underground. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment! Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, amazing terrace view… Ugo is excellent host, welcoming, helpful and friendly. We have been visiting Milan many times and so far this is our favorite place. Felt like home.

Beautiful place to spend your time in Milano. The apartment is very cozy with an old italian vibe. We loved it. Equiped with everything you need, AC in both rooms, kitchen fully equiped etc The balcony provides an extraordinary view! Ugo, the owner, is one of the best italian people i've met. He will gladly help you and reccomend you places in Milano

Ugo is an absolute gentleman and he was very helpful. He gave us lots of information about the city and where to visit. The balcony is amazing and the apartment is very handy for the underground/train/tram.

If you are looking for an apartment in Milan, this is the best you can find. the owner is very friendly and hospitable and will provide full information about the city and its surroundings. apartment is very close to the metro, it will be very convenient for you to move around the city. As a woman who came alone. As a disadvantage I perceive the park in front of the apartment where strange people gather, which is unpleasant if you return in the evening, but this is not the owner's fault.

Has to be Ugo - our host! He was waiting for us outside the building as we arrived; and made it his business to ensure we had everything in the room. Coming from India/south-east asia where the level of hospitality is probably the best in the world, we didn't expect the warm hospitality from Ugo. It also helps that he's been in the neighbourhood for 50 years so knows the area very well. The room is a cute 1 bed-room + hall/kitchen, has all basic amenities, functional kitchen, toilet and washing machine.

Ugo had installed a brand new Air conditioner but it was not yet commissioned, considering its summer better check with him once that it is indeed working now... no other negative as such.

We had a lovely stay in Milan. Ugo was especially a super nice and welcoming host and took the trouble of waiting for us to hand over the keys. Not just that, we personally walked us through all the details in the apartment and even made us coffee himself. He also provided us with all relevant information about the city, dos and dont's and also advised us on our itinerary. He also came back to say goodbye during checkout and walked us to our taxi. We really appreciate his availability and helpfulness. The apartment is very very functional and spacious. It is in an old building, however, it has been remodeled and hence has all the necessary facilities. Most importantly, it is literally a 2-3 min walk from the Lambrate FS metro station as well as the Milano Lambrate train station. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to Milano.

Great guy, great place, great time.

The host Ugo was superb, showed and left us everything so we didn't have to put our hands in our pockets for the essentials, which is relieving, also, he was more than kind enough to give us his time late one night to give us the run down of Milan , by doing so he saved us money. Thank you Ugo. Next time we are there we will hope to stay at your again

Perfect choise for our stay in Milan. The apartment was in a very convenient location next to metro station. The view from the balcony (9 floor) was amazing! Our host Filomena was brilliant she gave us a lot of information for our stay and she was really kind and helpful! We will return for sure!
