We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is cozy, the breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The room had both air conditioning and a fridge, which was very convenient. The owners are a wonderful family with children, and they take care of the hotel and their guests with great love and attention. It’s important to note that this is not a luxury 5-star hotel, but a genuine 3-star full of warmth and care. And that makes the experience truly special. We will definitely come back!

We have enjoyed our stay in this small family run hotel. The owners and staff are very welcoming, breakfast is good (both sweet and savory), free parking and a room with balcony. Free and paid beaches are wirhin 5 min walk. Excellent price quality value for the area! Good location to explore nearby cities (Ravenna, Rimini, Cesenatico)

Mary and Igor are very nice, helpful, and responsive people. Breakfast was good quality and variability. Location of the hotel is short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend it. We stayed 5 nights.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Maria, our host, was an absolute angel, she went far beyond expectations by offering us her personal phone to use as a hotspot so we wouldn’t miss an urgent meeting due to temporary internet cut. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. Our room was comfortable, and there’s a large private parking area, which made our stay even easier. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options including gluten-free choices, which we really appreciated. The beach is just 200 metres away, and guests benefit from discounts at the local lidos, which is a fantastic bonus. This is easily one of the most comfortable hotels we've ever stayed in. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. We hope to return soon!

Only big towels. Only one big plug for laptop, hairdryer, fridge - fridge has to be switched off. Only one chair on the balcony, small table would be also nice to have there.

Fantastic stay! Such welcoming hosts, friendly, kind, and professional. Our stay was perfect from check in to check out. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very clean and the linens and towels very nice. The bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony too. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with many offerings. We could sit inside or outside for breakfast. There are many nice seating areas in the lobby area and outside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk! I loved this hotel and would love to visit again someday. Thank you to our hosts for making our stay so nice! I highly recommend!

Excelent location, 5 min walking to the sea. Very friendly and professional staff. All requests were solved in the moment. Cosy, simple rooms with a balcony, air conditioner and well-equipped bathroom. Nice breakfast (even outside!) with salty and sweet variety. Playground. Lot of bars and restaurants around. Igor and Mary are very kind and ready to help in everything, as are the other workers. The hotel has a great breakfast and coffee. We got a discount for lunch and dinner at a nearby restaurant. In front of the Hotel there is a smaller playground for children. They have a huge parking space, without us having to look for a parking space every day. The room itself always greeted us clean, with fresh towels after the beach. It is not noisy at night, there is air conditioning and TV. The beds are quite comfortable and we had no problems. The beach is about 3 minutes away from the hotel. Sunbrelas are paid separately, also with a discount. Or there is a free beach about 5 minutes away. We spent a nice vacation here with the kids.

Hotel a few steps from the beach in a shady street full of trees. Rooms are clean, with quiet and efficient air conditioning, with balconies facing the treetops. Excellent breakfast buffet. The owner solves everything with a smile and nothing is a problem for her. For its price category, there is nothing to complain about. No, it's not a design hotel, nor does it have the most modern amenities, but the price is adapted to that. By the way, excellent mattresses and a door to the balcony, which dampens the outside noise well.

There is no fridge in the room. There is no tea kit (kettle, etc) in the room. The bed was not really double, but two joined singles with a gap (and a wooden frame part in between!).

Very friendly owners/staff (it's a family business).. Good location. Possibility to have breakfast outside. Ideal clearness. Hot water for tea is available on request.

Excellent location. Close to the beach. We picked it because it said in the description that it has free parking — and it does indeed! There is a big parking lot that belongs to the hotel right in front. The family at reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the shade in the terrace.

Courtesy of the staff is next level. They were able to accommodate my girlfriend last minute, even if only for 1 night. They always checked if I needed something and helped me with a smile. Hotel and room were very clean.
