The location was excellent close to the metro with ample shops, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep. The room was beautiful and very traditional with high ceilings. Excellent facilities and comfortable beds.

We came during a holiday so we didn't get welcomed or told any instructions in person about the Bnb. The windows are very tall with a door to close out light. The space between the window-door and window echoes sound which makes hearing street noise at night inevitable. If you are a light sleeper book elsewhere. The stairs to the bathroom are steep, I had to keep an eye on my younger children to make sure they didn't slip or trip. Make sure you turn on the water heater 15 min prior to showering. The bathroom has a waterfall shower, I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. This was an inconvenience because I didn't want to get my hair wet. The shower caps provided weren't big enough to cover afro hair. My husband likes a more hardy breakfast so if that is you as well keep this in mind.

The location and facilities were amazing. The location from the metro is a short walk. The inside is very elegant with great lighting, heating and excellent wifi. The rooms had a Tea bar with mugs, a HUGE TV, firm mattress and memory foam pillows. The bathroom had a large toilet and bidet, large body towels, face towels and a hair dryer. The shower was extra wide and had a waterfall shower head. They provided dental kits, small shampoo/conditioner bottles, soap and shower caps. They offer a typical Italian breakfast of a coffee and croissant at a local cafe using a voucher.

Nice room in perfect location close to the Metro, shops and many restaurans. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The host Roberta was very kind and helpful. Next time we visit Napels we will defintly stay again at Miluar.

Loved the design of the property - very cool that the bathroom was lofted on a second floor from the bedroom. It was extremely clean and comfortable, with huge windows overlooking the street in a central location. The staff, especially Roberta, were very friendly, personable and helpful. Roberta even took the ride to the airport with me to make sure it all went smoothly. The staff was also multi-lingual, which made communication seamless. Would 100% recommend staying here!

The property could do with some pictures, perhaps old photos of Naples. A mirror in the alcove near the window could help. The steps to the bathroom are steep, we are early to mid sixties so not an issue but if you are less mobile it might be a bind.

Good location near restaurants and the underground as well as places to visit locally and views across Naples. Catholic church opposite the apartment. Mini fridge, great bathroom. Place was easy to keep and was kept clean and towels were frequently changed.

The room was beautiful, the jacuzzi was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. However, it was not convenient to have the bathroom upstairs and the bed downstairs. A very bright, automatic light comes on in the night as you hike upstairs to go to the bathroom, waking your spouse. Communication was good but the promised breakfast vouchers were not delivered. We had 1 the first morning, which allows for 1 person to have a pastry and coffee. When I asked about this I was promised 2 for the next morning but they were never delivered.

the blue light that wouldn't turn off at night, presumably it was always on due to the spiral staircase needed to get to the bathroom.

Location was good, room was comfortable and unique. We felt safe and comfortable, with a nice quiet residential neighborhood.

The suggested parking was a long way from the property and was full, however we found closer parking for 25 euros. The breakfast was at a location a fair walk from the property and was basic.

Modern apartment cleverly designed with bathroom on mezzanine floor. Very close to the centre. The double bath with jacuzzi was a luxury bonus.

It can be a little bit noisy as it is close to the street and you can hear the metro, so for a light-sleeper it might be a good idea to bring earplugs.

Room was super clean and luxurious looking, there were plenty of towels and shampoo, body lotion etc. also a toothbrush included. Reception was good and they were able to cater to gluten-free diet, which is super nice. Location was a big highlight of this place.

Between 6:30 and 22:30 - the room was shaking from every metro passing. There is no protection from the noise from the street. Really just for people that are used to noise and/or don't want to spend time in the room.
