There is a serious problem with running water, especially early evening, i.e. water pressure is very low then so it's scarcely available. The staff is doing what they can to help but it's still a serious disadvantage.

The location of the flat is really good, close to Termini (so close to any connection: by underground or train and bus). There are many shops around where you can buy what you need, a few restaurants. The flat itself is convenient for four people, there is enough space, both in sleeping rooms and in the living room/kitchen. It's clean and equipped with kitchen utensils, it's nicely furnished, the AC is working very well. It's a rather quiet district.

The location is excellent. On a quiet street, but very near the train station. This was great, since we were travelling early the next morning. Many restaurants nearby. Not far to walk to many of Rome’s sites. It was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds.

The toilet was a bit tedious to deal with if it was being used frequently by guests. We had to time things carefully or had to be careful not to flush too close to each other.

It was clean with a nice central location making it easy to visit all major attractions nearby. There is also an elevator which was great when dealing with luggage.

The water pressure was the only thing that we couldn’t rate highly, but I guess that is common in an old city like Rome

Easy walk from the train station. Well equipped with all the essentials. Plenty of room for the family. Very clean. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Really friendly host, we were able to do an early check-in and late checkout, which really facilitated our stay in Rome. One room has no windows to the outside, but it is connected to the other room thanks to a hole with a glass panel that can be closed. We didn’t need privacy, so everything was opened, maybe challenging if you need privacy but are claustrophobic!

Bed in the primary bedroom was very hard with minimal padding. Not great if you are larger and/or sleep on your side. WiFi was too slow to use streaming apps on the TV even though the router was close to the TV. We paid for a movie but were unable to watch because it kept freezing. Listing was inaccurate and did not mention that there was an extra fee to use the pull out sofa.

Convenient location, close to Termini and public transit. Apartment was clean and had updated fixtures and appliances. Host was welcoming and accommodating.

Parking wasn’t 25 euro it was 40 euro per day and we were only able to use the lift once. I was travelling with my 2 elderly parents and 2 toddlers which made it really hard.

Great amount of space and good location (lots of dinner places and nice and quiet. Air conditioning was great.

Great location, only a short walk from the Train Station, with lots of restaurants, food shops, and supermarket nearby. The apartment is clean and very nicely decorated, and has a sunny balcony. It is comfortable and well-equipped. The host were very welcoming and gave some excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. I highly recommend this apartment

Clear instructions from host and she met us and show us the apartment upon our arrival. Apartment is spotless and in excellent condition. We love the little cute balcony. The washing machine is located in the balcony. Comfy beds and good kitchen facilities. Great location and close to Termini Station. We enjoy our stay and will rent again if we come back to Rome. ps. the opera signer neighbour will practice the singing in late afternoon.

We struggled with the key to the apartment a bit.

The location was great and the host provided good information. The rooms were perfect for our needs. I like the area around the Termini, close to transit.
