Location location location… across the road from the train station and easy walk to town centre

The air conditioning could be better the shower is very small. The room was very clean .

Breakfast was just cold items , cheese and meat tray, rolls and cookies and yogurt . Coffee machine and juice. The location was great for us, next to train station easy access. After 3 flights and two trains , having the hotel walking distance to train station was important . The room was adequate, not worth $200 a night (which we paid) it was a $100 or less value room.

It took the air conditioner a while to catch up to the summer heat, but the staff was very attentive to making sure everything was working properly.

The location is excellent and close to the train station. Ravenna is an easy walk to all the significant sites. The staff was helpful in every way. Plus breakfast!

Clean, comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. Located directly at the train station and within walking distance of the world heritage sites of Ravenna. Run by fiendly and helpful staff. It is an excellent value for the price.

You couldn’t control the AC from the room, we had to call reception. Communication was a little tricky at times since not everyone speaks English. But it wasn’t bad, just a minor issue. Overall it was a good stay.

It was a minute walk from the train station and a short walk to downtown. The room was clean and it had two beds, a queen size and a day bed.

I stayed at this hotel on the 8th April and had a lovely nights sleep. Room was on 2nd floor overlooking street and with very little noise.

I didn't realize that breakfast was not included in the price. When we checked in, the clerk gave us all the details about the breakfast: time, location etc, but failed to tell us that it would be an extra charge. The walls are thin, we could easily hear the people next door.

Great location, very close to the train station. The front desk staff made several calls to try and get dinner reservations for us as it was a busy weekend in town.

When we realized the air conditioning was off for the season and the room we originally booked was very warm the staff were very understanding and offered us a room with a balcony for a breeze for a small upgrade price. It made our stay so much more comfortable and the staff were so kind.

Lovely little traditional hotel. The room was nice and comfortable and very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good. The location is fantastic. Right next to the train station (but still really quiet) and maybe 5 minutes walk from the lovely Brancaleone castle and park. Maybe 10 minutes walk to Dante's tomb, right in the centre. Great place, loved it.

The room was spacious but the bed was hard and the pillows flat. The breakfast was basic but adequate. No toaster or hot foods provided. Tea and Coffee not provided in the room but that seems to be the case in Italy.

The hotel location is perfect. Close to the railway station and the many restaurants and tourist sites are walkable.

Place was nice for the money. Very clean, and staff was nice. Helpful with showing us a nice restaurant to go to after arriving late from a long flight. Helped secure a taxi in the morning.

Air conditioning was not available, only a small table fan which was ok for the time I have stayed, but unfortunately not enough in the heat.
