The owner was very kind, our dogs got a little suprise. :)

Everything was super nice and cozy. The two separate rooms were comfortable for friends. There are only 22 steps up to the apartment, and it’s very close to the seaside. Actually, it’s a first-line apartment with a sea view.

There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning, it seemed that my friend and I were supposed to share one bed. But after messaging the host, we quickly resolved it, and I ended up sleeping in the other room. The sofa was very comfortable.

Tolles Apartment

The apartment is right in front of the Barcola pinewood, conveniently located for all sea-related activities. It is well furnished, with most of what one can reasonably need in terms of kitchen utensils and appliances. For its size (35sqm) it is relatively spacious, with a large shower, a queen size bed and plenty of room to move around, even in two. Last but not least, the host was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is at the ground floor in a narrow alleyway. This means that there is no view to speak of. All windows face the surrounding buildings and no direct sunlight ever reaches them. Whether this is an issue or not is likely subjective, and will depend on how much time you plan to spend inside. The area (Barcola) gets very busy as soon as the weather gets warmer. This means that finding a parking spot might be challenging, especially during weekends.

The apartment is wonderful! Modern, cozy, clean and well furnished. Location is great. On street parking easy to find. Host was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Apartment is fully eqipped, spacious with excellent interior design. There are free parking spaces around the apartment. Chirstina is very polite and available for every request. We have a very good time. City beach is 1 minute walk from the apartment and city center is 5 min of driving.

The apartment is really like in the pictures. There is free parking zone if you have a car. Everything was great and we received a gift from the hostess Cristina :) We had a really great time there.

Great location! Easy to park

Owner of this property is kind and helpful, gifted us very good homemade wine, and pastries. Nice, cosy, clean flat with atmosphere, close to Terst city centre, seaside and Miramare castle too.

Noisy road below, when opened windows, cigarette smoke smell, so we kept them closed. Smell of sewage in bathroom sometimes.

It is very close to all amenities. You don't have to cook as you can buy freshly cooked food and fresh bread and pastries right under the apartment. The host Cristina goes an extra step to make sure you have everything perfect. Thank you, Cristina, for our gift.

There was only one champagne glass for the two of us to drink our Prosecco from, but not too bad as there were 3 wine glasses. My husband was happy because he got the wine glass and ended up with more Prosecco!

Communication with Cristina, the owner, was excellent. We had a little niggle the first day, but this was quickly resolved due to Cristina's great communication. The apartment has everything you need and is more spacious than pictures show, with aircon in each room. The apartment is nicely located between Miramare Castle and the centre, but both are quite a long walk. Location is very convenient for swimming and local beach establishments. The personalised present and wine were a lovely touch.

The street out front is quite busy and noisy, but you don't hear this when the windows are closed.

Highly recommend. Very Very Nice Clean and Cozy family friendly Modern apartment,provided with everything you might need. the host Cristina is incredibly friendly welcoming us and helping guiding , sharing informations and sightseeing without us even asking. Location is exceptional ,directly in front of the sea. Also very practical , Pizzeria & coffee house direct underneath the apartment still you close the window and it’s super quiet. We came by car and Cristina provided us with a private parking with was also amazing and made our stay even easier. We highly recommend the stay there, worth everything.
