The view is unbelievable, breath taking sea view overlooking the port, city and mountain. The room as a great balcony and nice toilet.

The room was fine although the beds and pillows aren't that comfortable. The breakfast was basic but nice view and good service

we needed a last minute room so we could stay another day. They let us drop our luggage early and then set up the room with all of our luggage and enter early. Staff was kind and the room was comfortable and gorgeous with a view over town and the sea.

The view from the shower just wow. We stayed here on our honeymoon and the view was incredible. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was great and the added touch of Prosecco as a little congratulations was so lovely and unexpected. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Casa Giorgio which was private and had an amazing view. Breakfast being included was also very nice because we didn’t have to go into town to eat.

The steps are a lot but it really is part of the experience.

The location is perfect it's not far away from the port and the view fantastic.

The room was a great size. The balcony & view were fantastic! The hotel itself was so lovely & very clean. The staff were excellent. The dining room where we had breakfast (with a view) was perfect! June was a nice time to go, not too busy.

Restaurant, view, comfort of bed, helpfulness of staff, dedicated parking with porter to transport luggage, AMAZING place to stay that we feel very fortunate to discover! Get the lemon drinks!

It was perfect, there was nothing about this property that we didn't enjoy!

Our view was amazing. We had an ocean view and saw the entire Positano Bay. The front desk was helpful in coordinating parking, porters, and reservations. They were very hospitable and really helped us have a joyful and relaxing vacation.

Views were amazing, great selection for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Easy to walk up or down the road to main shopping area if you don’t want to walk down all the stairs.

The room backs on to the road down into Positano so you can hear road noise. The room is separate to the main hotel but it is advertised.

The stairs.... we loved the location, the views the staff. We will never stay again because the stairs put a huge damper on our trip. We hated leaving in the morning and hated coming back at the end of the day. It took so much out of us... not worth the effort

The views are absolutely sensational

The reality is that there are a lot of stairs in Positano so you need to be ready for it. The Hotel is clear on this point. Small price to pay for the views.

When we were given the correct room on the second day. The room was amazing but first night we were given “ an upgrade” to an old apartment not on the water. They gave our room the first night to someone else.

The overbooking and lied about it to use. We did not get the room we paid for.

The balcony and the view were amazing. A beautiful direct view of the ocean. The service was excellent. The front desk associates were very helpful with suggestions and directions. The breakfast buffet was beautifully displayed and was delicious. Mary was so pleasant and delightful each morning and remembered our coffee preferences. The porter who brought our luggage down the steps was great!

The room was a little small but it was what we selected. We would definitely stay here again, but would choose a larger room.
