Great value for the money, nice view

It's far from the old city and all the activities, there is a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station

Had a lovely stay in a lovely room with a lovely host. Location perfect since I just wanted to go for walks and visit the beach. There's a lovely restaurant / bistro downstairs that's open all day long. Would go here again!!

Great location if you want to stay close to the water. But the best part is Max! He was so sweet, friendly and helpful - simply a wonderful host;)

The location, the balcony facing the seaside, the person at the reception super kind and caring.

Rooms were not sound proof, bathroom a bit old and with calc in the shower, no smaller shower tab, noisy air-conditioning. Nothing so serious and we had a good stay but for the price paid and for how the rooms are pictured we did not find it fair for what you get.

Good location on the water front with friendly staff

It needed a little repair - on closer inspection things like the wardrobe clothes rail and the shower head were held up by string or ribbon!

A tiny, very clean and tidy homely hotel, located right on the beach. The owner is hospitable and very friendly and always tries to help. The hotel is located right above two restaurants (one for breakfast and the other for dinner). The great thing about the hotel is its fantastic location, but also the comfort of the bed, the huge bathroom and especially the friendly owner.

There are not many flaws in this charming hotel. We were a little bothered by the noise from the street, but that's what you get when you want to sleep in the center. Another thing that clouded the visit was the parking, the hotel does not have an adjacent parking lot, and the one the hotel owner directed us to was relatively expensive for the area.

Max was a superb host, warm, friendly, and attentive. The apartment itself was excellent, boasting modern decor and offering every amenity we required. The comfortable bed, daily fresh towels, well-stocked mini-fridge, air conditioning, and television with streaming channels ensured a truly relaxing stay. The apartment was also spotlessly clean. Its brilliant location, close to transport links and local restaurants, provided easy access to explore the area, while the veranda offered spectacular views over the Bay of Naples. I would highly recommend this!

Max was a fantastic host. Warm and friendly ☺️ Lovely little touches like the Easter eggs and making espresso every morning. Great apartment. Modern decor with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, fresh towels every day. Mini fridge with groceries. Air con and TV with streaming channels. Spotlessly clean too. Brilliant location, close to transport links and local restaurants, with spectacular views over the Bay of Napoli from the veranda. We caught a real slice of Neapolitan life. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great, host is super friendly.

The cleaning was not properly done. To start with, there is old blood stain on the bed sheets, pretty disgusting. And, there is other people’s hair on the unused towels. The toilet wasn’t properly cleaned either, I wont go into the details. But overall it made the stay uncomfortable because of that.

We loved this place! Wonderful location, hands down one of the best areas in Naples. The building itself was stunning and so were the surroundings. The director, Max, was the best host - so welcoming and outgoing. Will definitely be coming back

There weren't any hygiene kits available ( ex. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers)

The location and neighbourhood are great. Close to Station, shops, sea promenade, great restaurants. Amazing view on the bay. Room very nice and spacious. Bathroom is a bit small but very functional with a perfect shower. Personnel very friendly and available, eager to help and make your staying as comfortable as possible.
