Everything is wonderful, special thanks to the gentleman who helped us take our luggage. He is super nice and kind.

Nothing. The price in booking is not always the cheapest, check other website as well the price I booked is 1376euro for two night later on I found out it can be as cheap as 500euro

My recent stay at Hotel Monastero dei Santi was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled atop Monte Mario, this beautifully restored 12th-century monastery offers breathtaking panoramic views of Rome, providing a serene and luxurious escape from the bustling city below. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism were evident. Their personalized recommendations and assistance added a special touch to my visit. The suite was a harmonious blend of historical charm and modern elegance. Spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, it featured a private balcony that offered stunning views of the Eternal City. Waking up to such a vista was truly a highlight of my trip. Dining at the rooftop restaurant was an experience in itself. The culinary delights, paired with the mesmerizing cityscape, created unforgettable memories. The breakfast, served in-room upon request, was both abundant and delicious, featuring a variety of fresh and high-quality options. One of the standout features for me was the hotel’s peaceful ambiance. Despite being just a short drive from Rome’s main attractions, it felt like a tranquil retreat, allowing for relaxation and reflection after a day of exploration. In conclusion, Hotel Monastero dei Santi exceeded all my expectations. Its unique combination of historical significance, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and memorable Roman experience. I eagerly look forward to returning in the future.

What an amazing hotel! I have stayed here everytime I come to Rome, it is a special place for sure. The views of Rome are amazing and the rooms are big, spacious and well designed. The beds are so comfortable. Great staff and great food. You can't go wrong staying here.

sewer smell in the bathroom, uncomfortable pillows, very poor quality of food ordered for dinner, exaggerated prices as they are higher than those of a starred restaurant in Rome

The Magic suite is really magic! A spacious room, it offers great views of Rome from indoors as well as from the balcony which has comfortable seating. Complementary water, illy cafe, tea and cookies are a super treat for a tired traveller. The 24 h room service is a great option for who like me did not have a chance to get a bite for the entire day! I recommend the tuna, salad and tomato among other options on the menu. Communication with reception works with whats up or face to face - Giorgia is very nice and helpfull. All the staff as a matter of fact provide an excellent service. Great stay far from the crowd, yet at a convenient distance from the city.

The staff are very friendly and nice. Paula gave me my room much earlier than check in time ! Everybody i met was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and nice.

The place is way far from 5 star hotel! There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is very very average

    Property response:

Dear Mr. Farnaz We are glad that you enjoyed your suite and our services at Monastero dei Santi. The success of our hotel lies in the commitment and passion of all our staff. Design of the rooms and the thousand-year history of this historic place for sure help us in our work. We are sorry you have not tried the chef's cuisine, which prepares Italian and international dishes that can be enjoyed starting from breakfast to dinner in the comfort of your room or on our rooftop with a breathtaking view. Also popular with our guests is our 800-year-old church and monastery. We hope to have you back soon to show you all our wonders. Best regards The hotel manager
