The rooms facing the street a bit noisy with vintage windows. As a historical building no air conditioning which should be taken into account booking July/ August. Breakfast started 7.30, for some might be late for hiking.

Good location, a few minutes walk to center, good base for hiking, great views. Room with good space, clean, served daily.

We stayed in this hotel for on our TMB trekking and you can feel that this city in general uses its location and views but doesn’t invest in infrastructure and renovation of its facilities. We couldn’t receive our keys at reception for some time as the hotel had been confused with our booking even thought I showed in my phone app confirmation and payment for 1 room for 2 where the receptionist was insisting on the fact that he has booking for 2 rooms.. it was long and unpleasant considering that we just finished 10 hours hike day. Breakfast was not better, still see pancake bitten by someone resting with other food

The room was spacious with brilliant views from the balcony. The spa facilities were great and were worth paying for. The lady at the spa was so kind. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was great with a great selection of pastries.

Don't believe in paying 10 euro for a hour slot to use the pool in a 4 star accommodation. Or paying to use the car park...

We booked a room for three thinking it would give us more space for two adults and a dog however the third bed was on a mezzanine level that we couldn’t / didn’t use. So we actually had less space.

The morning receptionist seemed to have had a bad day. Some noise from the others can be heard from inside the room. The lift got stuck for a while but was repaired immediately

Balcony with views and a kettle in the room, comfy sheets, hotel near the city and the bus stop, delicious and varied breakfast with excellent pastries , bar with pool and comfortable couches around . Excellent shower and toilet products offered. Good night reception.

the place is very nice, feeling of a ski cabin, fireplace piano and biliard table on the lobbie dinner and breakfast were very good. shower and beds amazing. they gave us a very nice welcome gift with a personal letter which we appreciated

Nothing. I wish we'd had longer to stay so we could have used the spa facilities.

Staff were incredibly friendly and were great with our dogs. Because we booked last minute and were staying at the end of the ski season we were upgraded to a bigger room. We had lovely drinks and on the terrace and dinner at the restaurant was unexpectedly fancy! Highly recommend the breakfast too.

Staff in restaurants were rude and dinner wasn’t as per order. Bed upstairs was not comfortable and room was overly heated. Jug couldn’t be plugged in so couldn’t make tea. Using spa was extra cost.

Reception was helpful. Room good and quiet. Free parking and great breakfast. Dinner was good value.

You have to pay extra to use the pool and jacuzzi , at breakfast the coffee from the machine is not great , nice to have some board games available for bad weather days

A few coat hooks in the rooms would be very helpful.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Daniella on reception, the bar man and Christian the shuttle driver who went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after.
