Good morning, thank you for taking the time to share your personal opinion. We would like to clarify that the pool table is not intended for children or teenagers. The table has a delicate cloth that, if torn, is not easily replaceable. For this reason, we do not allow young people to use it and have posted a sign clearly stating that it is reserved for adults only. For younger guests, we offer table football and an interactive play mat, which are certainly more suitable for their age. We are surprised that this could have affected your overall judgment, as it simply comes down to common sense. Good morning, and thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. We were a bit surprised to see your review a month after your stay, especially since you didn’t use many of our services except for two Coca-Colas at the bar. The room you booked — a Superior with SPA access included — was actually one of our most unique rooms, and you reserved it the very same day you arrived. Since you checked in at 6:30 PM and checked out at 9:00 AM, we’re guessing you didn’t have much time to fully enjoy the hotel and all we have to offer. Dear Sofiia, we're sorry to read such a negative review after just a one-night stay at our hotel. It seems quite unfair to make such strong judgments in such a short time, without truly experiencing our service and commitment. We would also like to clarify that our breakfast is one of the most appreciated aspects by our guests: we offer a wide selection of products, many of them locally sourced, along with homemade cakes and always fresh ingredients. Moreover, to ensure hygiene and safety, each guest takes their own portion and eats it at their table; we absolutely do not leave food that has been touched by other guests on the buffet. Making false statements like this is not respectful toward the people who work here every day with passion and dedication to provide our guests with a pleasant experience. We are always open to constructive feedback, but we hope that in the future, it will be given with greater care and a sense of responsibility. Best regards
