Exceptionally clean and very helpful staff. Alessio at the outside bar was friendly and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Fantastic breakfast….fresh figs and lots of tasty seasonal fruits along with the usual fresh baked items. Room was spacious and so quiet everything we needed was there and very comfortable bed.

Honestly there was nothing negative.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. The in-house restaurant Mirto Bianco was exceptional. Overall a score of 8 out of 10

The showers obviously were the regular cubicle Italian. They were hard to maneuver And unfortunately were moldy and the jet sprays were clogged. Showers should be replaced with larger open kind.

The whole experience was excellent. Check in was seamless. Breakfast fresh local produce. Room clean. Location very good (though need a car). Service from all staff was outstanding.

Incredibly helpful. That is so friendly and such a peaceful place to just relax it’s a small town which is nice very close to the beach a perfect little hideaway that isn’t packed with tourism.

Very difficult if you don’t have a car because no taxis run in the area so you must rent a car whilst staying here the hotel do you have a company that work with which are really good and reasonably priced? So I recommend going through the Hotel

restaurant is excellent, for dinner no need to go further. Rooms are large, modern bathroom, AC works well. Pool area is nice and quiet. Staff is great, with discret but efficient service. A divers breakfast.

A lovely accommodation- very clean, comfortable, good service. The building is beautiful. The breakfast is exceptional with a large selection of sweet and savoury breakfast options. There are lots of fruit, eggs, yogurt, pastries, bread, meat, cheeses, etc. Breakfast includes many quality coffee options. Staff were very helpful at all times of the day. Location was great and served as a good base for exploring the area. The pool was fantastic and we spent every afternoon relaxing and refreshing with drinks by the pool side. The hotel restaurant food was excellent and we love that the vegetables come straight from the garden on site. The free parking is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Clearer info about spa services - the masseuse had to come in from outside and the massage was in your room rather than in a spa in the hotel . However the masseuse was excellent ! The dinner menu was relatively expensive

Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place to recharge but still close enough to visit the Salento region by car. Plenty of parking space. Lovely breakfast area (inside and outside) with a combination of Italian and continental breakfast.

I liked The Slyle and architecture of the entire structure, almost everything was new inside the rooms (with a touch of tech also) and oustise, the Hall is wonderful with that touch of mixed modern-old Salento Style. Everything is well maintained and very clean, the staff is very focused on cleanliness - very good service. Beds where good quality and confortable, Breakfast was stellar. Staff was kind and helping, the organization in general very guest-friendly and easy-going. The Pool area is very green and tranquile. There's a Big and beautiful Car Parking area inside the structure, surrounded by Olive Trees and by the typical sandstone walls. Relaxed Check-out times. The Value/Price ratio is quite high.

There's no Gym, even a small one would be good. In my room (don't know the others) I could hear some noises from the corridor and from other rooms early in the morning, but nothing unbearable, it was not enough to stop me from sleeping in those comfy beds. Lighting in the room could be a little warmer (more towards yellow, but it's just our a taste). Breakfast time could be extended by an hour or so. All that said the Hotel is great and with a gym + very little improvements it could be a FIVE STARS structure.

The sea view suite with 65m is really nice. We got as welcome a Prosecco served in the room.

The coffee machine at the breakfast buffet deliver poor coffee. If you asked you will get a good coffee from the bar.

Staff was very nice, helpful and professional. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Food was simply amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend the place!

The swimming pool was wonderful. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It was a short walk to the rocky beach which was frequented by locals and to the small supermarket.

The air conditioning was a little tricky to program.
