Because the room was on the ground floor, we didn't have any windows. The only opening in the room was the main door, that opened into their patio, but because you could see the entrance to the room from the sidewalk, we couldn't have much light in the room while maintaining privacy. Because we were staying just for a night, it wasn't a big problem for us, but maybe that room wouldn't be appropriate for a longer stay. Also, there were two doors to enter the room, but only one of them could actually be locked. It wasn't unsafe in any way, as the other one could be locked easily and was really sturdy.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was really pleasant and polite and the location was really good, close to the city center, but at the same time, far enough that we could park on the street for free and walk to the center. The bathroom was great and the pressure of the shower, which is something I normally have problems with, was perfect.

Shower were way too small, I barely had enough room to wash without constantly touching the sides and I’m skinny, 5’11’’ and 160lbs. No towel hook/hanger anywhere in the bathroom was a bit of a downside either.

Great location, 5 min walkable from the train station and 10 from downtown. To get there I feel safe and is over a main street, but is not noise. Was really nice the patio and is behind of a cafeteria where you get you get the included breakfast (coffee and bread).

The rooms were not clean. We had about 20-30 hair, eye lashes and body hair all over our bed. It wasn't ours because we checked the bed ass soon as we came into the rooms and the hair was there from the start. There was also hair in the shower and on ''fresh'' towels. The hanger for the towels was extremely dusty. We ended up cleaning it a little bit ourslves so we could have a normal stay for the two nights we were there. When we came back into our room the next night we saw that they tidied the room. Emediately we checked the bed, there were new hair on our bed. Again not ours, not our color. The breakfast was very mid. A lot of choice but not good quality food.

Our room was super clean and comfortable. We felt safe inside and outside the room. Leonardo provided detailed instructions to access the B&B after hours. He ensured we were comfortable at all times. The breakfast bartender was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again any day! Thank you Leonardo!

I am not sure if the drain wasn’t working properly or the shower design was just bad, but when I went to take my shower all the water flowed out on to the floor and there is no shower door to stop it. It was so bad I couldn’t even finish my shower. We were only there for one night and only notice the shower issue the next morning, the day we were leaving, so I am sure if we had been staying longer the staff would have done something to fix it hopefully.

The place is still under construction so during the whole day we were there, there was loud banging and general construction noise, which we hadn't been warned about. There isn't a proper curtain in the bathroom, the window is large and looks out over a very busy street so you can't put the light on at night without being seen. The location is terrible because the road is super busy and therefore it's very loud. The room wasn't entirely finished, especially the door, which had a wide gap around it so every time someone was in the corridor, the light came through and we were woken up several times like this. I didn't receive any instructions for the stay, I had to ask for the code to enter and never received the WiFi code or any other info. I think the business is very new and it has some growing pains but it has potential (other than the location). Oh and I'm not sure what they mean by private beach access in the description.

The room itself is very spacious and new, the bed is extremely comfortable. There is a kettle as well as a coffee machine, which was great. It also comes with a small breakfast, although I'm gluten free so I couldn't have it, but it's a nice touch. The highlight is the shower, it's a rain shower and very spacious, loved it. The host worked with me so we could drop off our bags early at the place so we didn't have to carry them around. The cleaning lady was very friendly and welcoming!

Review: I recently booked an accommodation for my stay, but unfortunately, I encountered numerous problems that significantly affected my experience. To begin with, I did not receive the entry code prior to my arrival, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. Additionally, the room lacked proper lighting as there was no light bulb provided. Furthermore, basic amenities were missing, such as hand soap, which is an essential item in any accommodation. The overall moisture level in the room was high, leading to a damp and uncomfortable environment. Moreover, the room appeared dusty and poorly maintained, indicating a lack of cleanliness. Another major drawback was the strong smell of paint, indicating recent renovation work. This unpleasant odor persisted throughout my stay and made the room uncomfortable. Adding to the disappointment, the promised breakfast was nonexistent, leaving me without a proper meal to start my day. Furthermore, the lack of insulation resulted in excessive noise from both within the building and the surrounding area. This constant disturbance made it difficult to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. In addition to the aforementioned issues, I was also taken aback by an inconvenient and unexpected request made by the host. During my stay, I was asked to leave my dinner plans and return to the accommodation to settle the payment. This unexpected interruption disrupted my evening and was an inconvenience that I did not anticipate or appreciate. It would have been more convenient and professional for the host to arrange a suitable time and method for payment during the check-in process, rather than inconveniencing guests during their scheduled activities. This further added to the overall dissatisfaction and left a negative impression of the host's professionalism and consideration for guests' convenience. I hope that these issues are addressed and improved upon to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.
