It’s nice, clean, comfortable and really close to everything: a few minutes walk from the central train station going to Cinque Terre, and a nice easy walk to the city center and harbour. Giovanna, the host, was so easy to communicate and was there all the way to greet us and to give very useful information.

A bit dark as the window goes into a yard of the building, breakfast super basic and self prepared, but therefore kettle in the room available.

Accommodation in a shared appartment on a ground floor in a building located super close to the train station so perfect for discovering Cinque Terre without car and also very close to the city centre! Bathroom clean, double bed was very comfortable, heating available, friendly staff.

Poor wi-fi in some rooms. Rooms on the ground floor in an urban area - a bit dark and without sun. If the window is open - noise and mosquitoes.

Excellent location (3 min to the city center and 5 min to the train station to visit Cinque Terre by walk). The paid parking house is 30m from appartments, the fee is 20€/car/night.

The check-in process is a bit confusing at times since someone is not regularly there. You have to call ahead and when you arrive and perhaps there will be someone there.

The location, the hotel was a short walk 5-7 minutes from the La Spezia train station. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The walls were very thin and we could hear the other hosts a lot, which at some point where really loud.

The person in charge was nice and gave us some tips. It is very close to the train station and the city center, which is very convenient.

Very nice place. Perfect for visiting the Cinque Terre. Giovanna responded almost instantly when we needed her. Tip for next guests: Don't forget to send a message with 30 min before your arrival. This way, the host can be there exactly when you arrive. Otherwise, you have to wait (like us).

The smell of the room, like we are in the basement. We need to open the windows, and the noisy from outside was disturbed during our sleep. The water pressure is not consistently working. It's stopped awhile when shower. Excellent concept to separate the rubbish (paper/metal), but it's no trash for other things where we can throw???

The location is really convenient, close to the town and train station. The apartment is provided the parking in the next building with an additional charge of 20 euro per day.

Safe area & max 6 mins walking distance from La Spezia Centrale train station. The excellent welcome on arrival from Giovanna. Service during our stay was great. Our room was serviced everyday with made up beds, fresh clean towels, coffee pods, tea, Fette Donate golden risks, Nutella & jam.
