The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and had a kitchenette, which was useful as we were on bicycles and the nearest restaurant was 2km away. There was a supermarket 5 minute walk away. There was a pool which was lovely and had plenty of seats or beds. The beds were comfy and had a balcony off the bedroom, and the bathroom was clean and a good size. Breakfast was good a normal continental but with lots of cakes

The floor in the bathroom is very slippy when wet. Please make sure you have a towel down before stepping out of shower.

The place was so lovely and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was just such a lovely place to stay. There was a shop 2 minutes walk away with a great selection of food and the nearest town was a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride. There is a path down to the town so you avoid walking on main roads. It just couldn't have been more of a perfect place, I would definitely return with the kids. Great value for money too.

My one complaint was the mattress, as it was too firm for me and a little uncomfortable

We didn’t just feel like visitors – we felt like part of the family. The rooms were fantastic: spotlessly clean, with great air conditioning that kept us comfortable throughout our stay. They were cleaned daily to a very high standard, and it was lovely to have basic cooking facilities too, which made our trip extra convenient. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The pool area was another highlight – beautifully kept, refreshing, and the perfect place to relax. Whether for a quick dip to cool off or a lazy afternoon by the water, it added so much enjoyment to our time here. We also loved that we could hire electric bikes directly from the hotel. It made exploring the lakes and surrounding areas so easy and enjoyable – a fantastic way to see more of the beautiful scenery without any stress. What makes The Park Hotel truly special is the atmosphere. It’s homely, relaxed, and memorable – the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, showed how much the family cares about creating a wonderful experience for their guests. Lovely warm welcome. Staff were amazing and we felt like a family. I was happy with my gluten free breakfast, husband with the gym and son with the pool. They went above and beyond.

Staff so friendly and helpful in all of our visit, they go above and beyond. Pool area very clean and lovely pool and our room lovely size has everything we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Great hotel with nice swimming pool and great gym. The managers/owners were very friendly and nice.

The staff is super helpful and kind. The communication was very easy. The location is nice, close by the village and with a private parking.

Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working very well despite the help of the staff to fix it.

Staff very help full they helped organize a few day trips my daughter has a few food allergies and were very understanding and helped out at breakfast location was great was easy ti get to main tourist towns and the pool was fantastic highly recommend to stay here

Staff were so lovely and couldn’t do more for you! Rooms were clean and bright and the grounds were clean and well maintained - fresh pastries and baked goods of a morning and coffee too!

Very clean and fresh room, staff very friendly and speaks English very well. I checked in after a late flight and communication about self check in was great. Simple but lovely breakfast included.

It is quite convenient stay when visiting Lake Trasimeno. It is quite basic but it does the job. Parking was no problem.

Although it is clean, the room needs a bit of updating. The bathroom seemed it was updated recently though.
