My Arbor is magnificent! A one of a kind tree-full, peace-full experience! From the moment we arrived, the delightful staff brought us delicious drinks and snacks out on their patio overlooking the spectacular Dolomites. The service was excellent, room, perfectly set-up, the food, incredible, the pool and spa, amazing! They spoiled us! I will remember always!

This hotel is truly special. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We even got a breakfast box packed for our early hike. The sauna infusion was an incredible experience. We loved staying here and can’t wait to be back.

The drive up and down from Bressanone. After hiking we were often too tired to drive back down to town and hence opted to eat often at the hotel. The food was good but later in our stay, we opted to make the drive down anyway.

Beautiful property with magnificent views. Rooms were rustic in style and well done. Lovely breakfast and dinners.

Pool was not really serviced so you often have to carry your own chair etc if you want to enjoy some relax time at the pool- also the pool bar was rarel staffed. A bit strange for a 5star hotel

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are fantastic! The food is fantastic! Exceptional that every aspect of the property is well run. They must be very proud of the team who find ways to impress guests. We will return yearly on our vacation tours. Now included on our list of “MUST STAY” 5 day properties.

No air con, not really acceptable considering the cost of the hotel. Its a high end, expensive hotel so needs air con as it was 30 degrees outside. The fan offered was a nice gesture but it didn't keep us cool so I was uncomfortably hot. We arrived at night and our room was swelteringly hot as no window had been open all day.

Zero. Harder pillows

Stunning location. The staff are wonderful. Half board evening meal outstanding quantity 6 courses. The different events yoga etc are all included. Sauna master infusion sessions a new experience especially as all nude Spa. So you have to go with the flow. It is a liberating feeling and spiritual in the mountains. We will return as soon as we can.

As many others have already pointed out in the reviews I think it leaves a bad taste when you get charged eur 4.5 for a bottle of water at dinner (when I am already paying for dinner). Feels quite petty given the room rates (that keep going up…). A ticket for the Plose cable car used to be included in the rate (quite standard in my experience at this price point both in Alto Adige and in Trentino) but this has been discontinued. A pity.

We came back for the second time at My Arbor and it delivered again. We love the combination of tasty food, classy decor, nice mountain views and very large spa area where you can spend the whole day. This year we also used the gym (good choice of weights and machines) and also did one of the classes (yoga, very good instructor). The spa team (Roland, Kiki and Manuel) are top notch and their infusions are magical. As usual in Alto Adige the spa is textile free (but you can keep a towel on if you want to).

We hoped that there would be stevia or allulose sweetener, but there wasn’t.

This spa resort was wonderful. The room was spacious and overlooking the mountains. The spa facilities were so relaxing and the breakfast buffet had all sorts of choices from healthy to decadent.

The only element we would like to see addressed is the ability to communicate with employees in English. Often we found it difficult to communicate as most of the staff is primarily fluent on Italian / German (in a couple of instances this created some minor frustration). Bedding options beyond the more traditional "German" single duvets would be appreciated.

This is a fantastic hotel, more than that, a fantastic wellness experience. The facilities are really outstanding, particularly all of the spa. One of the highlights is also the exceptional cuisine, both at breakfast as well as for dinner. One of the best half-board experiences that we have ever had. One can tell that there is a lot of focus from the owners on delivering the best possible experience to guests! Overall, highly recommend the hotel and we would be very happily staying again!

The towels The hotel does not access the whole superski area. You need a car to do this. Plose has just enough family ski for 5 days.
