Internet was slow or did not work.

Pretty much everything. The apartment is great with Air con. Location is in a very quiet and safe street very close to the Toledo street and a true local market. I would repeat again

Would have liked a shower but the hand shower did fine, honestly there isn’t anything to complain about.

The Jacuzzi was not working and I didn’t ask why because I don’t need it but I think if it was a normal shower instead a Jacuzzi would be easier.

The location is perfect, there are many food stalls outside, we can go anywhere on foot. One of staff Manuela is really nice and helpful, she gave us lots of information and helped us to arrange the car to go to airport . We will choose here again when we come back to Naples.

The only thing is that you can here people walking or talking in a corridor, but that's not really a problem, as it's usually 10 seconds. You won't hear anyone from the other rooms.

Great staff - we arrived to Neapol early and it was not a problem to meet with us, we were provided with extra information. Good location, not loud. I can recommend staying there. Great price for the value.

The pillows were so thick and hard it was impossible to use them. There were too many room fragrance everywhere, both with reeds and with electric. As a person with allergic asthma, it disturbed me a lot at first night and couldn't recover whole stay although I unplugged it later. I think they shouldn't use those electric room diffusers in the bedroom especially.

The location was unbeatable. It is right in the center and you don't hear any noise when you close the window. Manuela, who took care of our check in was very nice and helpful. There was a nice surprise waiting for us on the table, it was a very nice gesture.

The only con is showering! The jacuzzi is wonderful but it’s very uncomfortable to shower in a jacuzzi! The shower sprayer leeks water on the floor and you cannot stand straight up in the curves of the tub! Over all a great experience!

The property was beautiful, clean and in a central location to everything you want from apparel shopping to fresh seafood markets! The staff was great also they met us at the property and gave us a map of the city.

The shower head pressure was really bad so it was kind of hard to take a shower. The name of the apartment is also misleading as it states an apartment with a jacuzzi but that is not the case so I did not find that very nice.

Great location in the center of the city and all of the best spots were just a short walk away. The room was nice and clean and the hosts were really helpful and nice.

The room was absolutely perfect for two people - we were given some great guidance on arrival, and the location meant we could either walk into the city (including the station) or down to the beach with ease! We did not use the metro but it was at most a 10-minute walk to the nearest station, and the funicular station was just around the corner. The area of the city is definitely one full of local character, which may not suit everyone, however we had no concerns the entire time, and had no problems when arriving back later at night, so hopefully some unfair categorisations of this part of the city would not hold anyone off from booking here.

The apartment itself could have had more amenities ie there was a fridge and a kettle but no cups or cutlery to make a hot drink. Also there was only 1 mirror above the sink in the bathroom. The room could have benefited having another one.

The location was close to 2 metro stations. As you left the apartment there was a small plaza with stalls selling fresh produce. Also there was a lovely cafe which was the perfect spot to start the day and people watch.

Unlike most people, we didn't take this place for the sake of the jacuzzi itself, but to be near my family (that was staying in another bnb next door after our wedding) and it was the only room available at the time of booking so we couldn't choose a room with a normal shower (which we would have preferred). The tub was okay for 1 day (although it took a very long time to fill in, and the whole thing made the apartment feel very humid as there was no window in the bathroom), but unfortunately it wasn't comfortable to use for daily showers. We kind of expected this after reading about it in other people's comments, so fair enough. What we DIDN'T expect was a huge cockroach in our room :( I woke up in the middle of the last night to go to the bathroom and I was mortified to find this creepy insect on the bathroom door (obviously we took photos and videos of it, not to be accused of lying etc). We didn't manage to kill it and the cockroach just run back to the bathroom (from where it must have come in the first place) so we just shut the door closed & didn't use the bathroom since. Needless to say, we didn't sleep AT ALL THAT NIGHT and we left with a strong feeling of disgust :( I understand that the flat is in the old part of Napoli where cockroaches run through the streets at night, but we never kept the window (on 1st floor anyway) open at night and we didn't have any food with us, so that insect must have already been in the room before or must have crawled out of the drain pipes at night. It wasn't our first visit in Napoli, and we always staid in the historical part of the city (Via Tribunali) but nothing like that ever happened before. We would have never expected to find a cockroach in a place that is advertised as kind of "luxurious place".

Location was alright, in the middle of napolitan hustle and bustle, there were many little shops and a market just around the corner, there were several places to eat and the metro station was nearby, on Via Toledo. The room was quite spacious, the bed was okay, there was a large wardrobe, the place seemed recently refurbished and, at first glance, it seemed clean on our arrival. There was some mold in the corner of the bathroom wall (obviously because of the jacuzzi, fair enough). None of the 4 small bedside lamps were working (in fact, they were unplugged on our arrival) so before going to sleep we had to use the small light above the kitchenette, but ok, it was not a major inconvenience. I assume it was because of the thick walls of the old block in which this apartment is situated, that the internet (but also our phones) had some problems with reception.

Would have been good to have a kettle and facility to make a hot drink. Advertised as home with a jacuzzi and not clear that not all the properties have a jacuzzi.

No Jacuzzi. No Cutlery. No cleaning g equipment. Mix up with how to access room. Spoiled our plans for afternoon as we were locked out on 1st day.

DID NOT have Jacuzzi which is clearly advertised on the heading of the apartment. Naples is an amazing city but you do bring a lot of Debris into apartment. No method of clearing apartment or washing equipment provided. No Cofffee mugs or Cutlery of any sort, difficult if you needed a takeaway like we did.
