The breakfast was Italian but if you like other things you can ask and the next morning it will be served.

It was fantastic, Noemi, Silvana, but certainly Filippo were great, from the moment we arrived at the airport till the moment we left. Beautiful place to stay, nice pool, nice garden the staff was friendly and helpful. They advised you were to go and what to visit. We would 100 % recommend this B&B to visit Sicily and we certainly will come back.

We spent the best 9 days at the hotel. Great place and wonderful owners. Everywhere close. Rooms spacious and clean. A beautiful new hotel with access to a swimming pool. Beautiful garden where you can enjoy a delicious coffee. We wholeheartedly recommend it. If there is an opportunity we will definitely return🙃

We had 2 rooms and 1 of them stank - not sure what of - kinda like old smoke. Breakfast was pretty lame.

Pool area is really great! We used it as an overnight before a nearly flight from Palermo, and it was perfect for that. Parking was great, inside locked gate.

At first, the curtains didn't make the room dark. I only had to tell this 1 time to the hostess and she immediately took action. When I arrived in my room in the evening, the new curtains were there. I've never experienced that kind of service before, it will be difficult to ever find a beter host than Noemie. She was also the sweetest and even though the accommodation was quite new and modern, she made the whole place warm and welcoming.

Unfortunately we did not have warm water during our stay. Only noticed it in the late evening, so not sure if this could have been fixed the same evening.

The location was perfect since we had an early flight back the next morning. Swimming pool was nice, and the room was very clean and spacious.

I liked everything!

I recently stayed at My Place and had a wonderful experience. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The views from the villa were stunning Noemi and Silvana were very friendly, responsive and accommodating, making sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and effectively. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with storage space for our belongings. The bathroom was also very clean and modern, with powerful shower. The kitchen was equipped with everything and you can find items ready to prepare your breakfast/coffee. The garden was well arranged with sun beds, tables and chairs around the pool area and green area. A good plus was the private parking available inside the yard. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

From the moment we arrived, we were disappointed as the host didn't speak English. The room had a persistent sewage smell, a barely functional AC, was full of tiny flies even in the fridge (that even got inside our luggage), a fallen LED strip, and many advertised amenities were missing. “Garden view” was actually a fence 1.5m from our window. No bathrobe, an unsecured safe, no coffee/tea maker, no microwave. Kitchenette and utensils were outside, not part of the rented room. The minibar was just 2 bottles of water and 2 small Lidl snacks. Breakfast: a few Lidl items left in the sun and heat, served with jam/Nutella that tasted spoiled. Not a proper Italian breakfast, just a poorly kept snack. Day 3, we skipped breakfast and tried the pool, but all sunbeds were taken by outsiders, not guests, so we left. Later, we returned to find a loud event in the property’s garden. No private parking available, we had to leave the car on the street. Couldn’t sit in the garden, music went on until 2 AM — impossible to sleep. PS: Unfortunately I can't add videos so that I prove the unbearable sound for sleeping - probably that's why the statement is denied.

We stayed at this accommodation from Thursday the 5th, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the person who received us seemed surprised and unaware of our booking. She had to call the owner to find out which room we were assigned to. The check-in process felt unwelcoming—she briefly showed us the room with no smile or warmth, which set the tone for the stay. The breakfast over the next few days was very poorly organized and extremely minimal. The buffet consisted of just two kinds of juice, a few cereals, a small selection of jams, and old fruit (mostly peaches and apples). This is far below what we’ve experienced at other B&Bs in Sicily, where basic breakfasts were much better and more thoughtfully prepared. On Saturday night, we returned at 11 PM to find a large event taking place on the premises. This meant we couldn’t park inside the gates, despite this being part of the offered service. While they did offer to move our car in later, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our keys with them. Loud music continued past 2 AM, well beyond the legal limit for noise on weekends, which made it impossible to sleep. Throughout our 5-night stay, we did not receive any towel, linen, shampoo, or toiletry replacements—no housekeeping service at all. For the price we paid, this was simply not acceptable. Again, this contrasts sharply with other B&Bs we stayed in, which provided linen changes every two days and far better hospitality. What’s also disappointing is that we saw the owner the night before the event, yet there was no mention of it, nor any communication or apology afterwards. Speaking with other guests, we found they were equally unhappy about the noise and lack of consideration. While we understand that the owner often replies to reviews saying guests should ask for anything they need, we feel these aren’t “extras” but rather basic services that should be included in a B&B.

The swimming pool is the highlight of this location, that’s all.

Pretty much everything

The property had potential, but the customer service on the day we arrived was extremely poor. The property had booked a massive event, which meant we couldn’t use any facilities, the host was extremely unprofessional and the accommodation itself was poor - like being in someone’s garage. I wouldn’t recommend this place, we ended up booking to stay elsewhere after arriving as it was highly uncomfortable.
