I just hated the bed. But owner of the flat said he will change it soon

The owner of the flat is a really friendly cool guy. He helps you for anything if there is something he can do. And the view is beautiful.

The host is helpful and very quick to answer on Whatsup, but you do not actually meet anybody. You pick up and leave the key. There is a huge, mainly unfurnished room, which as stated in the description includes "a dining area and kitchenware", but when we were there, this room was too hot to sit in. There is a refrigerator, but no stove or microwave to heat food.

Three spacious rooms sharing a big old apartment with a shared bathroom. Well-functioning air-condition in the bedroom! Very calm and silent area, about ten blocks away from shops and restaurants. In cooler weather, the large balcony would have been a great place to sit and have a glass of wine in the evening, but when we were in Brindisi, it was still 30 degrees at nine in the evening.

Not a big deal, but the shutters on our room were broken and the door to the balcony didn’t lock. There’s only one shared bathroom between the rooms so just needed to be prepared to wait a while in the evening/morning.

There is room for improvement and I hope Alessandro takes on board our suggestions given to him at the time (May 2025). Be aware that the listing made it sound like it had heaps of facilities, which it doesn't. Wifi was an issue for us, we had none and so no TV while there. Maybe future guests can confirm if this is fixed. It needed a good clean too. The shower on the shared bathroom has a small door, so if you are large this might not work for you.

This property has real potential, led by the manager Alessandro, who was very responsive, helpful and wanting to make it work. This is a family apartment in an apartment block which has been repurposed as accommodation. The rooms are big and light - the one with the balcony being the pick of the 3. The facilities included your room, a bathroom (2 rooms had a shared bathroom), plus a kettle and an oven in the kitchen with limited equipment to cook anything yourself. I have no doubt that if you needed something Alessandro would help.

It would have been good to have a basic kitchen facility.

I was happy to be able to make tea in the morning. A beautiful, old family apartment with a great view. I enjoyed having a bath. Alessandro, the manager was very helpful to provide, whatever he could.

The apartment we got was very old and in bad shape. There was dust and mold on furniture and walls, and cockroaches in the kitchen. Shower screen was falling apart. One of the side rooms was stacked full of old furniture and trash. Pictures in the ad are from various different places. I contacted the owner two weeks in advance to ask for a 30 min late check in due to our ferry arrival time. He did not respond until the day itself when he asked for €10 cash as compensation. We had to pick up the key a few km away.

Location was good. Air-conditioning worked well. Beds are OK

It would be helpful to have the WiFi password written down in the apartment.

This is a good feeling old family apartment with a nice big kitchen/living room, and sea views. I particularly liked the antique furniture, fixtures, and three balconies with plants. It feels local, not like a generic vacation place. It hangs above the waterfront promenade with views of the adjacent church. Alessandro, the host was extremely helpful and responsive, with making an easy airport transfer. I hope to return!

I had a wonderful stay 😁❤️ Amazing sea view 🌊! Perfect location, in the historic centre, close to the station (so it's easy to visit also other Apulian cities around), and essential services. My room was spotless and well-equipped with everything. The bathroom was equally clean. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ll contact the host directly next time to avoid extra fees. The host’s number is (plus three nine) three eight zero two zero five two nine nine one. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Puglia from a comfortable and convenient base.
