Not everyone reads the instructions so every now and then someone rings the bell at random times. Not a B&B issue: it's on customers... but kee it in mind and, please, read the instructions!

Located just 5 minutes from the Greek Theatre and archeological park. A bit further away from Ortigia (but still walkable). Fabrizio is really caring for the guests and check all the time if anything is needed. Fridge has a freezer tray!

Spatious room with all appliances and utilities needed. Close to all the important spots in the old centre and also walking distance to Ortigia. Fabrizio who manages property was very nice and useful with tips!

It was a wonderful stay! Room was very clean, spacious , with a huge bathroom. Great location with walkable distances to POIs. Had no problem finding a parking space next to the property. Fabrizio was a very kind host and gave some recommendations how to experience Syracuse at its best.

I stayed at Mythos for 2 nights after coming to Sicily on purpose for the Festival of Greek Theatre! The accommodation is very well situated, just 5 minutes from the archeological site of the ancient theatre and within walking reach of Ortigia. The host is very friendly and welcoming, providing great recommendations and making a nice introduction to what the city has to offer. The rooms are spacious and I found the naming of the rooms very thoughtful and in theme. I would return!

The staff mixed our checkout date and thought we should have left a day earlier than it was booked. Then he blocked our car, to get an additional 20 euros for a late check out, which we didn’t need to pay (as it wasn’t the checkout day). We wanted to leave with the car for a day trip, but needed to wait until he came to free the car. This was very aggressive and we thought it is worth a mention in the review. Following that, we got contacted via WhatsApp and he got further aggressive, abusive, rude and racist. We travel a lot and have never experienced such behaviour. This really ruined the experience we had in this place.

Great place to stay in Syracuse - close to the Teatro Greco and only a 20minute walk to Ortigia. LOVED the chalkboard with food recommendations, and so nice to have a coffee machine and breakfast snacks too. Thanks for having us!

The host Fabrizio is amazing! He gives detailed tips about the city and great recommendations for local restaurants. We loved the room,everything was clean and quiet. The neighnorhood is safe, 20 min walk from the old town, but that was not a problem.

The check-in and welcome was very friendly - lots of information given and helpful advice. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. Nice to have a balcony, and the Wifi worked well. Small fridge in the room, possibility to use big fridge and coffee machine in the kitchen. Good neigbourhood, walking distance to the historical monuments and the Ortiga quarter (10-15 minutes). Appreciated the possibility of parking on the property area for a very good price.

The room was clean,well kept,the bed comfortable. It is close to the Greek theater and not far from Ortigia ( walking distance). The owner was helpful in providing us ideas where to eat dinner and breakfast....

They could've added more toiletries such as shampoo and handwash. A mirror is needed in the bedroom as well.

A big compliment to Fabrizio. A very kind host. He gave us a lot of information about what to do in Syracuse and where to eat. Private parking for €3 is very convenient.

We took the room with a terrace and it was so nice especially at night. Host was welcoming and knowledgeable… bed was comfortable and overall it was a nice stay. Just one thing to note, you need to pay extra for parking inside, but it’s more affordable than street parking.

Very tiny details to fix to reach a luxurious level!

I have already been other years in occasion of the representations of classical tragedies, and I will return with pleasure. Excellent facility and very clean. Fabrizio, the manager of the facility, is a very friendly and competent guy. It is now an annual event for me. I recommend it without a doubt!

We missed one small, mini, ultra mini refrigerator to keep our water cool. Of course there was a fridge in the shared kitchen.

We travel with motorcycle and this accommodation has everything we need. Private parking inside, elevator to carry the bags upstairs. The room is big, the bathroom also, the bed is very comfortable, near the archeological site. We went everywhere we wanted to see by foot. The person in charge was great, very helpful, he gave us information where to go, where to eat and professional. The decoration and name of the room was great and inspired by greek theater writers. Ours was Evripides.
