Breakfast wasn't included and was at a different hotel than where we stayed (close though). The staff sometimes didn't communicate very well though one of the staff was very helpful but did always tell us the expectations.

the problem was unfortunately the noise from outside the place which could be heard very easily inside and in the mornings from 5 am you couldn't sleep anymore. Breakfast starts at 9:30, so don't count on breakfast if you're planning to leave early in the morning. There is no soap available for washing hands.

It was more then I expected! A big and clean room. Near to central station! We had a nice view! The room is modern and it has many facilities!

The location was in a poor area, with homeless around. Dark and not clean the main entrance. The main door was closed, and with graffiti (was late). The first impression was really bad, but seen the rooms ours feeling changed. This is not hotel or Rbnb, they rent rooms. The building in the morning has business, offices, etc. we booked here because was near to the train station. Guseppe the front desk guy was friendly and cooperative. He help us a lot, Thank you Guseppe!

First the checkin was a terrible experience. We weren’t able to enter in the building and we had to wait more than 30m to someone bring the keys. And it was not specified in the property information. The room was not clean. There was no soap and the shower and the toilet flush wasn’t working. The shower drain was not flushing the water, making it flood.

Nothing. This was one of the most bad experiences I had :(

we booked last minute because we missed the last train of the night due to a flight delay. there were not directions on how to enter and the phone number provided didn't respond via text or call. There were directions to go to a nearby hotel for keys if after hours and the hotel was literally boarded up and closed! total scam

The noise from the traffic was so loud. Did not sleep the entire night.

This is not an Hotel in the true sense of the word . Observations- 1. difficult to find and gain access. 2.is on one floor ( second floor, one unit) in a multi occupancy building, others are businesses and private residences. 3.No reception and no building concierge at weekend afternoon/evening , a person from another unit gave us access to the building ,but that was simply by chance 4 when in we had to wait in a stairwell awaiting arrival of the host/.receptionist. 5 breakfast was haphazard, in fact probably not worth the bother. 6. there was no evidence of fire instructions or fire suppression in the property and only one way in and out, which would have required a key! Not sure of legal requirements in Italy but thought those days had gone... 7 if this was $50 or £45 a night (hostel prices} and I was 25 again yes go for it but at around £230 /$250 a night for two rooms not value for money, As realised the situation I tried to find an alternate but time just did not allow. First time ever i felt I would walk away from a bookings.com property.

The room, had been modernised to a reasonable standard, and the bathrooms were okay .Although one room had a large open bathtub in the main room area , can't guess why !! Has its own unique character and is near some of the more interesting areas and the station. My 10 year old granddaughter loved it and thought it was a great adventure to stay here.
