Everything was perfect.

Safety accomodation, with free parking places inside the territory. You can enter the area use a code for the gate opening. Breakfasr is perfect, with hot and cold foods (fry eggs, mushroom, bacon, salami, cheese etc) fresh juices, coffee and bakery. You can also use the equipped kitchen, with microwave, owen, so you can make your dinner etc.. There is 200m away from the house a supermarket. Giuseppe and his son are very friendly, help with everything. They have lots of bikes, you can rent them. Rooms are clean with modern furnitures. In the lobby there is a pool table. Highly recommend this accomodotion at lake Como!

Great hospitality and comfortable stay. The location is strategic to reach Lake Como in few minutes and easily accessible from the highway and not far from the main airports in the area. All the staff is very kind and extremely helpful.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and made us feel truly at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen and the cozy little garden were real highlights. Perfect location for exploring the Lake Como area. Highly recommended—would love to come back! Outstandingly comfortable rooms, very modern and functional furniture and interior. Free use of kitchen and free use of their excelent coffe machine. Excelent breakfast. Bicycle storage and posibility to book a trip with the host with his e-mounting bikes on weekends. Free use of swimming pool.

A comfy chair on the balcony would have been perfect to enjoy my morning coffee. A heated pool would have been perfect too.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The homemade breakfast was a true highlight—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared each morning. The location is convenient for exploring many must-see attractions in the area, though having a car is necessary. Simone and his family were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had all the tips and support we needed to make the most of our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is a little bit remote, but it's OK if you drive. I booked a double room and double breakfast, but because my partner had something urgent, he didn't come, and I came alone. I think maybe I should be refunded for my breakfast.

It is in a separate compound, so the security should be very good. The room facilities are new and modern, with air conditioning. The breakfast is also good, from 8 to 11 in the morning, but after 10 o'clock, there are not many things.

A very calm and relaxing environment. Out of the hurry and the madness of the towns nearby it’s a perfect spot for some relaxing time. The rooms brand new, spacious and comfortable, the parking absolutely necessary in the area and the breakfast exactly what you need. There was also options for bike tours available. Totally worth it!
