The host was very flexible, accommodating, very clear instructions plus the video was very useful. The apartment was also very clean, AC, smart tv, great shower/bathroom system, comfy bed. It is very secure with several entry codes into the building and apartment. Great location near shops and the Naples central train station. Thumbs up!

Nice place and quiet.We had security at the entrance door so we felt safe.The room was very clean and we had a pleasent time because it was 10 min walk from the train station so every day we had a different place to visit.The owner was very helpful and fast answerd to any question we had.If you need pick up from/to the airport they can provide.

What i did not like about the property is when getting to the location of the property, its a bit hard getting to it. But with the help of instructions the staff gave, it made it easier.

The property is quite good, it is near the central station. And the facilities were in good condition.

Room was clean, well-appointed, in a good location. It is good to be in a neighborhood where real Neapolitans live, and not just other tourists or business-travelers.

it was difficult to find. We didn't read the instructions so that was my fault really.

Great location, close to the station which we used most days, it gave easy access to Nearby attractions. The apartment was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Naples is a busy and noisy city but once inside the apartment it was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. the owners respond well with excellent communication, every question I asked was answered within minutes.

Most things written below is from our pov and do not lower the B&B's standards - probably one of the worst area I've ever stayed at. Extremely sketchy, I have never felt so unsafe as a woman, even with my partner being here. I felt out of place, looked at the way no-one wants to be looked at, and felt like anything could happen depending on who we run into. - the mattress was way too soft for us and our backs suffered from it. - we didn't find the bed (blanket, sheets, etc) clean at all, with yellow stains here and there.

- the room was nice, big bed, the area was quiet at night so no disturbance. Bathroom/shower was big. - the person we dealt with was very nice and helpful! - we felt secure once in the building with all the locks etc - the appartment complex is nice and clean - the fact that we can have breakfast at the local café if we want to. We only went once and did not like the options so much nor did we like the person who served us and his behaviour, but this is just our pov!

Area very run down compared to other cities we have visited. Got shadowed on the walk from the station by two bikers, luckily managed to evade them. Didn’t feel safe until we got into the apartment which was in a block where locals lived. Not many English speaking in the area, good job had Google! Went for a walk next day and tried to not look too much like a tourist and had a pleasant time going to the Port and Spanish quarter. Lots of police presence everywhere, not feel as safe in this city than others in Italy.

Close to the station with lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. Lots of supermarkets around. Security guard on site during working hours. Great check in process, all electronic and by codes. Easy place to find. Very modern apartment with modern fixtures and good shower. Host included breakfast vouchers for local cafe and was on WhatsApp for any queries. The locals were very friendly but liked that you should wish to speak in Italian not English. Lots of old buildings and traditional shops about to ensure authentic Italian experience.

We had a very pleasant stay. All clean and nice. The owner was all time there to answer my whatsapp messages. One small thing - We didn’t had a good roaming internet connection and the entrance was thru a webpage and sometimes was difficult to enter the apartment.
