Lovely room and facilities. Nice cold A/C. Loved the balcony view onto the street, comfy bed. Great cafe/coffee shop just outside. Didn’t meet any staff but helpful on WhatsApp as was tricky to initially get in as good security. Easy after that with keys.

The room is a bit dark. Also, note that if you want to use the bathroom you have to go through the main sleeping room (which, in our case, was fine)

Great location for exploring downtown Catania. The room was spacious (could easily host 4 people), clean and very quiet (not something to take for granted in Catania). Good facilities. Communication was easy, they also offered to book parking space for our rental car (15€/day). Overall very satisfactory stay!

Realy miserable communication with the host. Messages are either not answered at all or answered with huge delay and with simple yes/no answer. Some answers were sent in Italian altough I stated that I don't speak Italian. A dozen of messages need to be send for parking reservation, that was confirmed just a few hours before our arrival. It is not easy to find parking entrance - look for sign "Royal Hotel". At check out nobody came for payment except cleaning lady, although it was 11am. If you need early check out I advise to make all arangements the day before (I wish you luck with that). All in all, apartment itself is realy great and absolutely deserves score 10 but way of communication with the host is poor and it had impact to my final score.

Perfect location just a few minutes on foot to Cathedral and many restaurants, very clean (with daily housekeeping) and comfortable accommodation, excelent and reliable wifi, parking in front of the room, self check in (altough a bit complicated with a lot of codes and doors)

The only thing was the noisy street in front of the apartment, but we solved this problem with earplugs.

The room was very clean , and the bedsheets were perfectly ironed and clean. For us, the room was very hot, and after discussion with the owner, they stopped the heating, and the temperature was perfect. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to all main squares, restaurants, and far away from the bad neighborhoods. I definitely recommend this place if you want to be in the heart of Catania 👌 And the view from the apartment in the morning is amazing 👌😍

The mattresses on the bed were a bit too soft for me. It could use more lighting, as the suite faces a courtyard and the only window/door was the entry, leaving us with the option of either not having privacy by opening the curtains, or closing them with no way to get natural light or fresh air.

The suite was in a reasonable location, walking distance to the city center. Although parking was not available, we were very lucky and found street parking right in front of the building. The suite was spacious, heating worked well and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was left for us in the suite with a variety of pre-packed biscuits and a coffee machine with suitable capsules. It was a quiet location, which was important to us - even though we were only a few minutes walk from the city center, we could rest quietly at night. Although the street was a bit steep, it did not bother us, however for anyone challenged by steps this could be an issue. All in all it was a good choice for our two night stay.

-nice location and central, but it was uphill and a little tiring to get there on foot. -the mattress was a little hard and the pillows "old" -we arrived on not so warm days, and there was a light extra blanket in the wardrobe. of course we used it but still the air-conditioning/heater was not available to work so we were quite cold when sleeping -they provided us with check in information and how to check in and arrive by car, but I think a little bit more explanation or a "arrival video" would be a little more helpful to understand which code goes to which door, or how to get in and out more easily

Nice location and central. They offered private parking with extra charge, which was very important to us. the room was spacious and very clean. Also had some free of charge snacks in the fridge for us.

Even booking charged me city tax , when i leave they asked me to pay 12 euro for city tax. I paid and I dont know what is it for.

I suggest double beds to be a single mattress or use the topper so that the beds do not separate, but not bad. It was good anyway.

Although there is AC, it isn't very cold. I was still hot and sweaty every night which sucked. Hopefully that has been fixed and/or isn't the same issue in every room. The parking lot is very small and can be hard to maneuver - I would not recommend getting a large rental car if you can help it. It says CheckOut is from 0530-11am but when I left for work each morning at 6am, there was no one at the front desk. When I asked via the app about checking out to settle my bill, the manager told me to come at 11am. When I arrived, she wasn't there only - one of the cleaning ladies who had to call the manager & determine how much I owed. I'm not sure if this was typical but it would have been helpful if I could have checked out earlier during the supposed available timeframe. Thankfully my flight didn't leave until that evening so I was able to leave work to go back & check out.

The rooms are very spacious, as is the bathroom. There is a mini fridge that will fit a few large 1L bottles of water. There is also private parking onsite, with an extra charge per day. I left my computer charger in the room and the manager was kind enough to mail it back to my home in northern Italy. Very close to the city center, easy walking distance. Quiet rooms even though its on a main road.

There was nothing wrong with the apartment however, communication leading up to our stay was not great. When I booked the accommodation I was required to provide a passport. I was not asked for my passport and was not aware that I was required to in order to get the code to get in. I was arriving at Nerello suites without a code to get in, late at night and I was in a panic. I did get to the location and into my suite after providing my passport, via a third party, as I was waiting for a plane in Rome. I had no instructions as to the purpose of the various keys left for me. I did not know how to open the gates to leave. I could have easily waited for someone to come out but I should have been left instructions. The following day I ran into staff who informed me of the purpose of all the keys.

I liked the location, it felt safe as the accommodation was in a gated building, we were able to have coffee in our apartment before the day started a and it was clean and comfortable

The whole apartment is very nicely decorated, very close to Via Etna and the old town of Catania. The owner is very nice and helpful person :) Room was cleaned every day.
