One thing for me was the breakfast. The food was cold and the asortment for a 4 star hotel not satysfying.

The hotel is very close to the highway, and if it weren't for the traffic jams on the way to Lake Garda, it would be perfect. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. The rooms are relatively clean, but the beds need cleaning. Overall, I'd rate it positive.

- the noise, i've had a room directly to the highway and could not sleep with open window

- the hotel is good located, if u have some business in the industrial zone of Roberto to do, directly after the highway exit - the staff was very friendly - the room was clean and big enough - the breakfast was very good - free parking in front of the hotel (parking garage is available and costs extra) - if u have an e vehicle, there are several Tesla loading stations in front of the hotel

We were surprised not to find free drinking water. The beds were quite small for 2 adults. It was only one duvet and 2 pillows for each bed. Would be nice to have enough duvets for all the people and extra pillows. We missed a small night light in the room to orient in the darkness. The toilet seems to spend 10l of water or more every time - not very responsible towards the nature

Very easy to find this hotel, very close from the highway, 24-hour reception with a very friendly and professional staff. Quiet rooms. Nice cosmetic products in the bathroom. Big shower. The mattress is pretty good and bed is sturdy.

The variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was good but not extraordinary.

Convenient location - great if you are traveling by car and need to spend the night in a place not too far from the highway. The family room was spacious and could comfortably host four adults.

The room we got first had quite a bit of noise from the trains on the one side of the hotel. We got to change rooms to the other side with the motorway, I have to say I preferred that side. Breakfast was not included, and was 9eur pr person, so we skipped that.

Nice hotel close to the motorway. Has Tesla Superchargers right outside, huge plus for us! Free parking just outside the hotel. Very nice people working at the front desk! Got a recommandation for a great restaurant just next to mc donalds.

Our room was facing the highway and despite the soundproofing we could hear some noise from the A22. On the other hand, it’s one of the noisiest highways in the country.

It was a great stay: clean, comfortable room, sleek furniture, very good breakfast (with plant-based alternatives), close to the place we were headed to. A special mention for Israel at the bar: very discreet, creative and skillful. Our friends and us loved our aperitivos there and he also gave us great tips for meals. Well done!

The atmosphere of the a la carte restaurant was rather modest. The selection was satisfactory, the prices were quite high. The car park is covered, but unfortunately not equipped with a barrier or cameras. Upgrading would increase security.

On our way to the ferries in Venice we made a stopp over in Rovereto. The location close to the highway was very convenient, as the hotel overall. The breakfast buffet was very extensive with a large selection.

the Mercure ıs an honest chaın and thıs was as well very ok. No surprises , staff very nıce and frıendly apart from one lady who thought she ıs very clever and pretend to be nıce and helpful but she was not. the other staff was really nıce and helpful. Parkıng ın front of the hotel breakfast ıs ok, tee selectıon amazıng , coffee horrıbel , ın the land of the best coffee that they use automats and serve coffee from the automats I doting understand ıt. anyhow I recommend thıs hotel.
