The pillows were very hard. You needed to ask for toiletries and pool towels although I do understand the environmental reasons behind this.

Even though the rooftop bar is convenient, it's unfortunate that you can't charge drinks to the room. And it's a little expensive. It would be nice if there was more than one soaking tub, many times we couldn't use it because others were in it.

The breakfast was awesome, as well as the service for breakfast. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with everything, from getting us a taxi, to arranging excursions and giving us information when needed was exceptional! Thank you! Cleanliness of the entire hotel is supreme.

Location, service, room and facilities were all unbeatable. The included breakfast was a nice touch, along with the rooftop area. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful with any request.

Everything about the hotel, from the location and room to the professional staff, was amazing. Very close to the center area. The concierge was always friendly and ready to help us. Will definitely return!

Comfortable beds. Nice location right by the sea and lots of restaurants and shops a few minutes away. Got some nice dinner recommendations. Nice breakfast buffet. Great shower. Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. Unfortunately the terrace bar was not open during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nettuno, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome — they were friendly, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was quick and easy. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts I needed. The highlight, without a doubt, was the breathtaking view of the sea from my window. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset over the water each evening was truly unforgettable. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet peaceful enough to fully relax. The breakfast was also a delight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The stunning sea view, combined with outstanding service and comfort, made my stay perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea. I can't wait to come back!

Staff were very helpful, great location, nice indoor swimming pool and a great jacuzzi to sit in and watch the sun go down. Had a nice relaxing time and would stay again.

Overall room was clean however there were some areas that could have benefitted from a deep clean, e.g. stains on the headboard, a lot of dust/ some spots of mould on lampshades.

Lovely roof terrace with beautiful views. Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nice indoor pool and light continental breakfast. Room serviced daily.

Seems odd that our travelling companions had a sink in their upper bathroom in their room where the bed was located but we didn't.
