The facilities are poor, one of the shower trays is blocked, the sensor lights in the bathroom are ridiculously short or have poor detection, and my locker inside the room is broken. Don't feel safe in the room as nobody bothers to lock up the door. The breakfast is included in the price but there is only one croissant and one coffee each from 9am.

The property looks pretty good from the outside. Unfortunately, I have nothing to like about the place but the location is reasonably good.

The hostel has a lot of potential but it should be managed in a better way: every extra is very expensive (car park 25€ per day, bike park 10€ per day), there aren't organized activities, the staff isn't friendly and doesn't speak Italian. The kitchen is not equipped well and it should be kept better. The garden behind could be rearranged and used for activities or enjoy the stay or just rest.

The place is really nice, in a great position, with nice and large rooms with bathrooms. The building is nice, with a garden around, which should be maintained in a better way.

They Don t explain good in the site how to get to location.for example they Say to take the train to Como camerlata which îs 5 km way from location but this Is not right,the right stationi îs Como lago stazione which îs ike 2 km far from location .

the prices for towels and soaps, we always got it included in other hostels and we had to figure out everything on our own since the receptionist didn’t tell us anything (like the location of a kitchen or bathroom)

Everything was good – the room was clean and the location was convenient. However, we had an unpleasant experience during check-out. Although the check-out time is listed as 11:00, at around 10:20 a housekeeper entered our room without knocking, woke us up, and told us we needed to check out. Then at 10:40, he came back and asked if he could start cleaning the bathroom. It felt rushed and disrespectful, especially since we still had time until 11:00.

They did not make aware until after booking that there was a €10 fee to store a bicycle, I was told even if I locked it to a tree on the property I would still have to pay the €10 fee. They should make you aware of this before booking as I would have chosen elsewhere to stay. The staff were very abrupt at times borderline rude. However not all. The bathrooms were terrible as were the common area/kitchen.

They charge for everything 5 euros: change bed, leave luggage, etc It is very far away from town . No beach, the closest beach is tiny and not very appealing. The staff is very rigid and unhelpful and provides very little information The kitchen is a disaster. It appears clean but pots are old , mold, and the refrigerator is filthy.

The AC didn't work well at all and the room was very hot. At least they provided a fan in the room but it didn't do much. They will also charge you extra for storing luggage but I guess that's fair considering the room was cheap.

Comfortable and spaced out single beds (no bunk beds). Ample space to store luggage and also really big secure lockers to put valuables. The bathrooms were excellent and huge. Kitchen facilities were good and there was a lot of seating around the hostel to sit and relax. Location was pretty good and right next to a bus stop - very handy.

It was a pretty nice property. Had a full kitchen so that was nice. The rooms were solid. Had breakfast included. Met some people my age and went bridge jumping. Overall good experience!

The price was painfully high for a shared room with 4 bunks but Como is an expensive place and we booked last minute

I booked it for my daughter and friend when they missed the last bus to our holiday villa in Lenno. It all became very stressful as her phone battery ran out and her friend's was low so our communication was difficult. They got off train from Milan and then got lost in Como around midnight. I was worried about their safety and they had gone past check in time of 11 pm so I called the hostel - they were lovely and gave my daughter a warm welcome when she eventually arrived
