The only thing that left me speechless was that I didn't have a key for the bathroom even though I shared a room with two other strangers, and at the reception they couldn't give me an answer. The other only thing is that breakfast was included in my price but I could go only from 9 to 11 am and i was there for business so at 8:30 max I had to go and I couldn't take anything without paying more

It was very clean and you had your privacy from what was happening in the other rooms, the temperature could be regulated so that it wasn't too hot. It was the right price for what was offered, I had also the breakfast included and a small towel with bodywash and solid soap

Overall it was a good stay. They have 24 hour reception and the common area can be used 24 hours unlike in many other hostels that close it or do not have it. The location is ok - it is 2 metro stops from Duomo Cathedral. About 3 stops from the Milan Central Train station.

The area above reception felt too hot to be able to work. Additionally, I would prefer if there was a toilet for the people who have checked out and decided to stay a few hours more at the hostel. When I asked, I was told that there are no toilets outside of the rooms.

I went late July (very hot) and the rooms didn't have A/C or it wasn't working. Not just in the rooms but in the whole hostel. I didn't see any toilets outside the rooms as well which I found odd. There were no curtains for privacy in each bed. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms. The hostel could update its decoration.

No air con. The nets on the windows weren’t working so when I slept with the windows open I woke up with 6 insect bites. Had to leave the key at reception when we left the room to go out. Bad signal in the room.

The mattress was a little stiff to my liking, and the drain of the shower was not draining fast enough, but the rest was impeccable!

The water in the shower is so weak and the toilet got clogged for a while but it was ok. You can hear hotel guests stomping and pulling their luggages.

The central ventilation needs to be washed and cleaned! It smells of centuries-old dust. It's good that it was warm and we just opened the windows and turned off the ventilation.

The value price/location/offer is really good. Of course nobody should wait more, because it's the center of the expensive city, yes it's old hostel, but our room was clean, perfect outside view to the garden. We got all we wait. we had a private room with private bathroom, and it costed better than other accommodations in the city.

Everything was quiet good except breakfast, please if you can’t give breakfast don’t specifie breakfast include, tea and croissant are not breakfast. I hope management will improve this.
