You realize that the city is beautiful, but vandalized, dirty, and lacking energy. The people are generally extremely polite, and the Egyptian Museum is worth visiting.

Fantastic hotel, extremely attentive staff. extraordinary breakfast. I don't know if I would recommend visiting Turin because it is very vandalized. It's very sad to see the state of the city, but our stay at the hotel was excellent. What I like most about Turin is Juve.

Fabulous city hotel in the centre of Turin. Beautiful building and very comfortable rooms. The open courtyard is just fabulous as a place to have breakfast or just hand out with friends. We were there for a wedding and it all worked perfectly!

The hotel staff were exceptional. Every person working in the hotel from the front desk, to the wait staff, to the cleaning crew were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Whenever we had a question or needed clarification on travel, the staff were very helpful and followed up with us to ensure that our needs were met. Staff highly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean and located in a central area where most attractions are within walking distance and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were "so lucky" that on the second day of our stay at 6:40 am a false positive fire siren across the whole hotel has triggered and thus, all people including us had to go out into the street. The second thing is that you guys could include into the room price a good wifi rather than requesting an extra charge for it.

It was perfect!

Exceptional customer service, from the minute we arrived to the complementary water for our departure and onward journey. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and an excellent size for a family. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. The location was perfect within an easy walk of everything. You need to visit here before they realise they've under priced it!

The location is great - in one of Turin’s beatiful piazzas, within walking distance of Quadrilattero and Mole, surrounded by cafes and restaurants (at least two of which appear in several „recommended” lists), yet relatively uncrowded and frequented by locals rather than tourists. I had a room with a ”city view” and it was totally worth it. The rooms feature excellent Italian design (on the minimalist side). The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are worth a visit in themselves - a heavenly oasis of peace for a good start to the day. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.

Love this place. Amazing location. Historic building. Built around a delightful courtyard restaurant / bar. I won't spoil the surprise but it's worth spending an evening in the courtyard. Outside the piazza is great and has sone delightful restaurants and snack bars. Not to mention ridiculous and rather wonderful street lamps. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is definitely in my fave list.
