We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve and continue offering the best possible experience. We’re sorry to hear that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. Our breakfast is usually highly appreciated by our guests for both the variety and the quality of the food offered. We provide a wide selection designed to satisfy different dietary needs and preferences, including gluten-free options, as well as choices for vegetarians and vegans. I'm sorry that you haven't appreciated cakes, biscuits and muffins made by our pastry chef, the local products, as the desserts or the cheese, the variety of fresh fruits, yogurt and their toppings. If what is available on the buffet is not sufficient, our staff is always happy to assist and find the best possible solutions to meet individual needs. We encourage our guests to let us know if there’s anything specific they require, so we can make their experience as enjoyable as possible. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm early in the morning. The system was triggered because smoke from a cigarette was detected in one of the occupied rooms. While we understand how disruptive this can be, the alarm system worked exactly as it should, alerting guests to a potential danger, as per safety procedures. These measures are essential to ensure the safety of everyone in the hotel, I'm sure you can understand. Thank you again for staying with us.
