The pricing system is confusing. Entrance to the pool is not included in your booking. We were told we could use our entrance for 24 hours but then were charged for every day we used the pool. Happy hour is advertised but not implemented.

The hotel is extremely clean and quiet. The pool is nice and not too crowded. The breakfast is varied.

The facility is super especially the Grotto experience. Staff took good care of my inquiries and packed a good breakfast pack for my early departure. Very warm experience. Will return and recommend to friends.

Not a lot of variety at the restaurant and since after the hot springs you don’t really want to drive elsewhere it’s all there is. A little hard to find the different places within the hotel/spa/pool. A Little like a maze.

Huge pool, the grotto was hot and steamy..a very complete experience. Rooms were clean and had robes, crocs and pool towels. Breakfast was abundant and varied. Restaurant was good. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Our first room air conditioner didn’t work so we had one uncomfortable night. We were moved to a better room and everything was fine

The spa facilities were really unique. It took some discussion with the friendly staff to figure them all out but the thermal pool, massage and especially the natural grotto hot room were excellent. The restaurant was also quite good.

The only thing I didn’t like is that people are permitted to smoke at the pool, when you are trying to relax and get some drag air and sun.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They did everything to make me feel welcome and looked after me the whole time. Great that the pool has a reserved area for guests that doesn’t get too crowded.

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and well-furnished, the restaurant 58 Gradi very good and not overly expensive, and the grounds are lovely. I went with my 10-year-old son and he adored the breakfast! I was impressed too, after having read some comments here that breakfast was lacking. Fresh fruit, sweet baked cakes, butter croissants, meat, eggs, freshly-made pancakes and even honey from the comb- seemed more like breakfast choices you would find at a large resort. The guest entrance to the Terme has many advantages including spa kit, pool beds in reserved area (which is much appreciated, seeing the other crowded sides of the pool) access to the jacuzzi and private changing area. Reception staff, restaurant and bar staff were very courteous and cleaning staff helpful with getting right sizes for the spa kit. Will be back.

I suggest improving the 58-degree restaurant overall and particularly the ventilation system. I suggest informing even on Booking.com presentation about the closure of the pool every Tuesday to allow customers to plan properly their stays.

The staff at reception is super kind and very professional, always ready to respond promptly to guest's requests. The size and comfort of bedrooms are excellent as well as bathroom sizes and of course the amazing SPA in the basement. The restyling added huge value to this historical hotel with an elegant gate and the entire lobby and common area. The use of engineered marble on the floor, cladding, and table shows an accurate design that pays attention to combining innovative materials into a classic context.

Would have loved to be able to use swimming pool in the evening after 7PM as well. And not that this is a complaint, just a suggestion- written info about available treatments could have been also in English.

Location near lovely Viterbo, kind service and comfortable premises are great for rejuvination. Fantastic thermal swimming pool, good breakfast.

Pool was not included, even the price of the room was realy high. It is better to rent some other hotel and just come for pool visit.

dinner quality was not good, breakfast food was not of a high standard for a 4 star superior hotel.
