We were not able to sleep the two nights we were there. The first night there was a party in front of the hotel that had loud music until very late, and the second night the staff woke not just us, but many guests, at 5:30 AM to roll their dirty laundry trolleys until 7:30 AM, the sound was unbearable, my husband went to the reception at 6 AM to ask them to lower the noise and he got a reply that they needed to do this before 9 AM. The guests next to us screamed from their balcony asking them to stop the noise. This is not the cheapest hotel, so it was very disappointing to have this experience.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel pool is big enough to accommodate many people at once, the bedroom was big, modern and clean. The dinner set menu is a must, the service is great and the food is delicious, the price was very reasonable. The breakfast has many options, compared to other hotels. The location is close to other shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was below average and wifi in room was non-existent despite complaining to them.

Location was close to some of the hikes we wanted to do. But do not be fooled by proximity to Cortina owing to traffic and roads during the day. The pizza place in the hotel was good and kept kids satisfied.

Smokers on the property made it hard to keep the windows/balcony open but I felt like that was our experience our whole 2 week stay in Italy.

The staff was really wonderful and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the location and cute town! The gelato across the street was so good!

Unfortunately the room was on the first floor and in the evenings a lot of people gathered together outside the hotel talking, shouting very loudly. It went on until late at night. I understand that it's a holiday resort but I think there should be a solution where people can come together in a place where they do not disturb the others who would like to rest and sleep after long days of walking/hiking.

The balcony and the view from the balcony and also from the restaurant was really nice. The breakfast and dinner were just superb, a large choice of delicious food in the morning and in the evening as well. Our waitress - Anna - in the restaurant was very nice, we'll always remember her smile and immediate help. Her boss was also very kind, greeting us politely every time we met. All the receptionists were very kind and helpful. The cleaning ladies did very well, too. :)

Had to fill out a form with my details although they already had them from booking, not sure why. WIFI was really bad. In my room and the lobby I barely got 5mbit at most. Eggs and bacon was cold at breakfast. Would be better to make smaller batches but more frequent and not one giant container of scrambled eggs.

Although it was slightly colder outside during summer the rooms had no ventilation. We found it hot and stuffy at night and the window can’t stay open because the curtain is there and mosquitoes. The elevator is very small and the caps you have to purchase to use the pool are too small for adults heads or ladies that have long hair.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet and dinner options were great. We loved the dinner good price for lovely food options.

Even though it was 'summer' the towel racks and heaters were turned off, as the Dolomites had unseasonal cold snap with torrential rains. This could have been turned back on.

I loved how big the rooms were! The facilities were plentiful with a gym, bool, sauna and multiple eating areas. The buffet breakfast was ideal. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT was how brilliant the staff were. There were kitchen staff, reception clerks, hosts and waiters that were the most beautiful and HARDEST working people I have ever met! They work 12 hours very day and seem to always be smiling. I cannot commend them enough!
